That old J-10 was phenomenal and so was that Stubby Gladiator, I would've loved to have seen that International 1100 to the left of it. Hats off to Clark and the Griswold family for making it to SEMA, Dinky the Dog was last seen in the vicinity of Coolidge Kansas !!! Rivian is probably the only EV on the Market I would consider owning whether it is the R1S or R1T at the moment, Now I will be interested in the Jeep Recon when it hits the Market.... Thanks for the tour as always !!!
Dude I’d love to get my hands on a set of those 42” baja boss tires I’ve been searching for them since I saw the 44” set get put under gridloc I believe that might’ve been where I heard the rumor of a 42 being released
Another great video. The gladiator with the bobbed bed is made by Motobilt. They sell them on there website but are a bit expensive. I liked the setup on the gladiator sema one day wheeling the next. Lol
The fake brake rotors on that 6x6 Gladiator really epitomize many of the SEMA builds. A couple of Rivian R1S did just go through the Rubicon this summer. The Rubicon isn't the hardest trail ever, but still impressive for a bone stock vehicle, as there arent many that will do it. I LOVE that extended cab J10. Though I am very much partial to FSJs.
@@FP194 Nope. It did use 75% of its battery to do the entire trail over the course of three days. But it did not have to charge along the way. They did add rock sliders and a front tow point. Which is pretty much required for any vehicle going through it.
Motobilt makes that bed, bed rack/tire carrier. Dan (Motobilt) also offers a taller bed rack for the bobbed bed with molle panels to attach equipment. That is similar to the dream build that I created. Jeep Gladiator AMW 392 equipped with Motobilt bobbed bed, color-matched high line aluminum fenders, Tomahawk chopped front bumper, Warn 12k synthetic, Motobilt rocker guards & plate, KMC off-road lights with JW Speaker headlights, tail lights, turn signals. Redarc dual battery system. PRP custom seats/interior. Full DS18 sound system with Stinger audio. Either Fusion Elite 60/80 or Spidertrax custom tons. PSC hydraulic assist steering. The whole 9 yards
Great video! Would I wheeel it? Maybe if it belonged to someone else. Other than that, I wouldn't even buy it! 🤮 Now, the J10, that truck is absolutely beautiful! I wouldn't wheel it either! 😂
I went to EJS this year, and there just happened to be a guy there with a new Rivian R2 from Colorado. He wheeled it and put a couple of dents in it. The Rivian did pretty well, but electric vehicles are not for me... maybe when they work out all the problems. But, I do love gasoline.
I want to know what is the latest on the ACCUAIR on a Gladiator Rubicon 2023. I want to know what will I lose if I do it (i.e. will I lose the lockers? sway bar disconnects?) Where will the air reserve tank go? etc.
Eddie i agree with you. For me personally a Jeep is not pretty , nor is it luxurious , what it is to me is Functional .. i don’t put anything on my Jeep that doesn’t perform a specific function. Either handle better , give it a clearance advantage , or hold cargo it doesn’t belong.. and some would argue on those big rim small rubber jeeps , well thats how they build beach jeeps . While i see the design good for that , all the paint and chrome and fancy stuff would just rust and peal if ya actually used it on the beach , so then you ruin the intended functionality the jeep was intended for 🤷🏻♂️ i just don’t get it myself , all that money poured into it and really all its good for is to sit in a parking lot and look pretty 🤷🏻♂️ but hey thats just me and my personal opinion, as always thanks for the video Eddie 👍
These are all beautiful. But I have to ask, how many will see REAL off-road duty? How many would even want to at the price they paid? I get SEMA is mostly window-dressing to show off shiny new product, but in the real world, how does that relate? Your channel seems to tackle this better than most, so I'd love to hear your take.
For better or for worse, a vast majority of people will never use their Jeep off road. Big and shiny is very popular in places like Texas and Florida and there's a lot more money to be made with products like these than for serious trail use.
A lot of Jeep owners wheel just as expensive or more expensive in some cases than the Rivian. I’ve priced several highly built Jeeps & they can reach over $200k easily. Your 392 before mods base price $90k+. I did a pretend/dream build with both Genright & Motobilt & both of those were over >$200k. 😌💭☺️
Some are sweet. Some are show ponies. Some are lessons in how to ruin a Jeep. Which is which I guess depends on one’s perspective. I’m a functionality guy, so I personally prefer the rigs that are built to be functional and display functional products. I’d rather see one with some pin stripes than a perfect wrap any day.
The J-10 is bad ass
It is simply gorgeous! So much want! 🤤
Mind blown j10 unicorn 🦄
It really is super nice 👍🏻
Mahalo nui for the coverage, Eddie & Cindy...and that J10...man oh man...
LOL - oh yeah, that J10 is something else! Glad you're enjoying the show 😎
Congrats on being featured again! Wow, that J-10 is amazing, I want it. Thanks for the great coverage!
Thank you and yes, that J10 is just so awesome :)
Nice J10

Love the UNICORN. Absolutely beautiful.
I totally agree :)
Whow, what a great video is discovered this morning!!! Thanks and greetings from the Netherlands
Awesome - Glad you enjoyed it! 😎
Saw that J10 at Jeep Invasion in TN this year. Pretty awesome.
Glad you were able to see it too.
We will be there again in 24 👍
The J10 and gladiator on 42’s are the best ones.
Glad you enjoyed seeing them :)
That J10 was awesome
It really is 👍
WOW. Great looking machines. Good ideas and show!!! Thanks.
Michael Herrell
Glad you enjoyed the video 👍🏻

LOL - too funny and yes, the J10 was just so awesome.
We built and designed the white gladiator for Mickey Thompson, thanks for love!
Awesome! You guys really did a great job with it 👍
Looking forward to seeing your 392 at the show!
Awesome! It'll be in this evening's show 😎
I’d clear a lot off my table for that J10.
You and me both

Amazing coverage,,,,as Always !!!! anybody catch the Chevy Chase VACATION dog Leash

It was a great build 👍🏻
@motobilt makes that bobbed bed and bed rack
Yup, ran in to them here at the show and got the run down 😎
Looking forward for more 😀 😊 👍 👌 ☺️ 🙂 😀
We should have more coming to you tomorrow 👍
I love the look of that J10. My dad had a 1979 J20 and I loved that truck. I’m kinda wishing I had one myself.
Oh yeah, they are great. Love my 1972 J2000
You have the SEMA Wayalife Trifecta: JK, JT, JL392.
LOL - now that's a nice way to put it 👍
that bobed bed!!!! ;)
Thanks Eddie and Cindy! You both rockin it! ❤❤❤
Happy to hear you’re liking our coverage 😎
Great video keep it up 😎
Thanks 😁

Yes .. I would use the Rivian. I see them off roading all the time in California desert and mountains. They do great.
Loving the coverage! Heading over to WAYALIFE now! And no I wouldn’t wheel the Rivian. ICE all the way.
Awesome! Glad to hear it and look forward to seeing you on the forum 😎

I too am very partial to FSJs 😁
Did they bring their gas powered generator so they could make it to the end
@@FP194 Nope. It did use 75% of its battery to do the entire trail over the course of three days. But it did not have to charge along the way. They did add rock sliders and a front tow point. Which is pretty much required for any vehicle going through it.
great video , thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Rivan has a dual purpose trailer. I bet a generator is in there somewhere.
Looks like the Aunt Edna's dog "Dinky" didn't make it to SEMA.
🤣👍
Wonder how many know which movie you referenced? Been thinking of mounting a dog kennel on the trailer hitch for April 1st with a stuffed dog in it.
@1a1u0g9t4s2u 🤣 You definitely have to be of the right age to know.
SEMA maybe next year...hope hope...lol Thinking its a go for next year.
Good luck 👍🏻
The 6x6 is a heep.
I guess MT will be announcing their 42" and 44" Baja Bosses all over again this year, just like last year, and they still aren't on the market?
🤣

I forgot the Dirty Life beadlock 1 wheels wrapped in either a Mickey Thompson 42” tires or Maxxis Trepadors.
Yup, ran in to them here at the show and got the run down 😎
Great video!

Glad you enjoyed the video and yes, the J10 was awesome 😎
Eddie I would like your thoughts on my rig. It was the fittipaldi white rig with Ohlins.
Hey, it was very clean and looked great. Nice that you are running Ohlins shocks too 👍🏻
I went to EJS this year, and there just happened to be a guy there with a new Rivian R2 from Colorado. He wheeled it and put a couple of dents in it. The Rivian did pretty well, but electric vehicles are not for me... maybe when they work out all the problems. But, I do love gasoline.
Negative on the Rivian!
🤣
The Rivan would last longer on the trail than that Jeep with 40" on stock axles.
@@ccovemaker No doubt!🤣

We just got our Accuair installed on our 2022 Gladiator Rubicon Diesel!
You lose nothing
Thanks for chiming in @OlafKilthau! He's the guy you should be asking @jaminoes_ 👍
Sweet Thank you for the referral
I built the grey turquoise and red jeep in the beginning!!!
❤🎉😊
Glad you enjoyed it 😎
3:16 Mall crawlers. 🤣
LOL
Awesome Video Eddie and Cindy 👍…. A few Weeks ago… Rivian took one through the Rubicon 🤔👍
Yup, I live in the area and saw it being towed home.
Mall Crawlers. Never saw a muddy road even. But to each his own.
Well, it is SEMA and that is kind of the point of the show.
👍
How about that Nash!
Another great video Eddie! And no, I wouldn't touch a Rivian. I just can't take those things seriously.
Glad you enjoyed it and hope you had fun at Zombie Brew 👍

I hear ya and glad you enjoyed the video.
How many Bluetooth front drive shafts have you seen?
LOL - at least a couple so far 🤣
Damn! After seeing some of this “stuff” I’m no longer upset that I can’t make it to SEMA!!!😂
LOL
The bobbed bed and that bed rack is both from motobilt.
Yup, ran into them here at the show and got the low down.
👍👍

so many mallcrawlers
LOL - it's SEMA, what would you expect 😁
@3:42, who's going to be the one to tell the owner of the "Patriotic" Jeep they used a photo of a Russian jet?
😂
A lot of Jeep owners wheel just as expensive or more expensive in some cases than the Rivian. I’ve priced several highly built Jeeps & they can reach over $200k easily. Your 392 before mods base price $90k+. I did a pretend/dream build with both Genright & Motobilt & both of those were over >$200k.
😌💭☺️
Being that cost is a moot point, is a Rivian something you would wheel?
So what does SEMA actually stand for? Some Expensive Man's Automobile?😊
LOL - Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association
He Sounds like Scotty Kilmer
😮😅❤hmm

LOL - I'm with you on this but this is SEMA and being showy is what a show like this is all about.
Too bad gladiators are so terrible.
Umm, okay ✌️
😎🖖🖖👌👌✌👍👍
LOL - glad you enjoyed it 😎
First Jeep was ugly
LOL - yes
