Shopping for Health/Meeting a Refugee/Nutrition Facts

- After I walked the beach today for peace of mind and sunshine and exercise I went shopping for some delicious food that is very nutritious! As I was sitting there eating my salad in the car I saw a refugee walking back-and-forth to no avail. It seem like no one was helping her as long as I was sitting there. I wanted to get it on audio the conversation I had with her. This is how you should treat a refugee according to the word of God. Let’s go shopping for her and her family, give her money and bless her. Also I’ll give you some nutrition facts as I shop! Let’s go!

As a Catholic myself, I would have done whatever I could to help the refugee. That includes what we’re taught in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Sacred Scripture. That is…a nation’s laws are to be obeyed, not broken. I would have put her in touch with the local township or city office to help her become documented and provide her with a legalized status. I hope this will happen for her.

Hey Karen! I was just thinking of you I think it was yesterday. I was over at the little section of my yard where we always take pictures during our May procession together. I was thinking about you and how we didn’t get to do it this year. My yard was so not even prepared. How is everybody over there?

We can try again next year, just let me know if things are less hectic. Or if you would like, perhaps we can schedule a Saturday/Sunday in October (Our Lady of the rosary month). This Saturday June 8th is the Feast of Immaculate Heart of Mary. That is also an option. Not sure if we could pull it together by then. October or next May gives us more time. Whatever you decide.
