Im SO inspired by your video, I have Everything needed in my shopping card tp build my own. One thing though: what is the Thickness of your Acrylic sheet used for the finished version? 1mm? 2mm?3mm? 4? 5? 10mm??
I understand with the cardboard version, the thickness is what it is. But with the acrylic sheet we must take into account the sound buoyancy and acoustics, etc

use methyl acetate or ethyl acetate, you can buy it in good farmacie or google for pmma cold weld glue

bro, thats not a standard battery but a Li Io acumulator and the amplifier incorporate a charger. So you need only stick on usb to charge ;)
