- Backing Track for Wayne (original by John Frusciante)
Chord progression: B D# G#m E
130 BPM
i recorded the drums using Logic Pro X
i recorded the guitar with a my Warmoth stratocaster (equalized to a very dark sound)
i know it is not perfect but it will definitely do the trick!
this is my first backing track more backing tracks are to come! requests are welcome. Feel free to comment.
i can pass hours playing solos with this ^^

There should be an extended version of that.. Like, an hour, just like there's one with Don't Forget Me (1 hour of Flea playing that bass)
Or you can loop the video endlessly
Awesome! I think the D# is actually a D#7 btw, but otherwise very good
So good music
its a track to improvise, not a song
muy bueno muchas gracias me suscribo
Cara, é bom pra valer!
Valeu!
Good job! Should have turned the tone knob in the guitar but otherwise perfect.

where?
is this in g # m pentatonic ?
Yes, it's the same scale as B major
Slow version of Shoot Me A Smile
is this B bebop major scale? am i right?
Sounds like Dylan and the Band’s ‘Going, Going, Gone’
Mind if I use it to record a jam?
No problem!!
the drums in this song reminds me of blood sugar sex Magik
Kind of yeah
good karma all throughout this. thank yu!!!!!
Please please please make a Same backing track. From the Outsides EP. If you make one I'll reply with my lead over it. I've been messing with the progression on a crappy phone recording in the meantime :)
why he uses D# if the right chord in the key of B is D#m?
Eric Amorim Ferreira quite common actually. Radiohead's Creep has it too, G, B, C, Cm, where B is supposed to be minor. Anyways, in this progression, the third degree is major, so a G instead of F#, which creates a leading tone to the G# in the next chord, G#m
I think it is on B# Phrygian
Can't be B# Phrygian if the root is B...
+Koen Oosterhuis Oh, I'm sorry, somehow I switched D With B, I meant D# Phrygian
Which scale John use for this Song ???
B pentatonic no minor
ESCALA DEL BACKINGTRACK :
B MAYOR
that`s great and a lot of fun to jam with your track but the thing is when you stay at one chord it is actually G#m not B
it fucks me up a little.sorry(
G#m is the relative minor of B, so yes, B is the right key.
Prisms Edits you didnt get me right.i mean there is a wrong chord in the backing track.it is B and not G#m(as in the original Frusciante track)yes it`s almost the same(B ang G#m)but it gives wrong feel.check 4:55 for example.it is Bmaj for 2 bars instead of G#m.thats it
