When is it best to fish top water lures, if at all during the dog days of summer?
1st thing in the morning & evening unless you have cloudy days & the right ripple on the water with the right wind blowin on a point or wind that blowing on a bank I have had some awesome topwater days right in the middle of the day on cloudy days. Alot of times the fish will stay shallow on cloudy days
