@@Tattle-by-Tale wrong. It can't be more important because that negates the entire conflict between the two. This isn't about "Whose side you're on," or your personal bias. It's about the story itself. One side isn't more important than the other.
@@wadewilson8011there is no conflict. That's a lie. There's conflicting ideologies but both sides represent all aspects of a person. You can't destroy the Dark Side because the Dark Side is everything that we are at our core.
Grogu is entitled to the crystal from the Dark Saber. He actually defeated Gideon after he disarmed Bo.
Huyang telling Sabine that she has little aptitude for the Force was surely him pushing her buttons! It was a ploy to engage her inner warrior drive, which Huyang is quite adept at noticing! He is a very deep teacher!
What if this new galaxy, is where Yoda, Grogu, and Yaddle are from… Which is why their planet of origin and species is such a secret.
What if....Grogu ( and Yoda/Yaddle ) all come from this other "new" Galaxy. Like what if their home world is actually located in this distant place which is why we have never heard or seen where they come from. Maybe Yoda came via some other method to this (The main SW galaxy) and that is where these stories that are told to Jedi children about this place come from.

Gotta love Sabine being the least talented ever and trying to be a Jedi, while Grogu possibly the most talented ever and is all: "Nah, I'm gonna be a mandalorian."
It would be cool to see this new Jedi Order. I don’t think Luke will be that heavily involved as he will be starting his own. I can see Sabine, Grogu, Ezra, Ahsoka, Jude Law’s character, Jacen, and potentially Gwen being involved with that. Cal and Kata as well have the potential of joining after the third Jedi game.
They'll hold off on revealing too much about Grogu during that later part in the timeline till after the thrawn movies. Just to avoid giving away too much.
how will jacen be in it? Jacen solo doesn't exist because han is dead. Unless Jacen was at camp skywalker and disappeared when kylo betrayed but I don't see how they would have not mentioned that.
@@StingoMan I think they mean Jacen Syndulla, Hera's son. And I like to think while Luke may not be involved, their academies will coordinate extensively. I also like to think when Kylo Ren destroys Luke's, the surviving Jedi go to the other one, not all of them necessarily joined the Knights of Ren...

I suspect that Sabine's force abilities run along the lines of enough to tap it and train it, but not enough to be taken into the Pre-Order 66 Jedi training. But combine those tapped and trained force abilities with her Mandalorian training, Sabine will be a very capable opponent for any Jedi. And I cannot help but wonder when she finally meets up again with Bo Katan or meets up with Din Djarin that they're going read Sabine the riot act if and when they find out that she got it handed to her by Shin Hati their first meeting mostly because she did not even bother to keep up with her training as a Mandalorian. If I remember right that is keeping up on one's training is required of every Mandalorian.

When Huyang told Sabine she had less talent than any of the padawans he has worked with, he was telling her exactly what she needed to hear to push her to work harder.
He wasn't lying to pump her up either tho. If she's force sensitive she's probably the weakest force sensitive being he's encountered. And that's IF she's force sensitive at all. I believe she is. But he's right, she's probably the weakest.
Every being in the Star Wars universe has the force. It's an inherent aspect of everything. Any being can use the force, but only with training. Only select organizations/cultures train so they may wield the force. Jedi specifically only take children that already have a natural talent to use the force. Those are what they call "force-sensitive". But lack of force sensitivity doesn't negate force training. @@wadewilson8011
She's so weak in the force that it's negligible. It'll be like Grogu falling asleep but after only sliding a blue macaroon cookie across the table and spilling the milk.

We now know Huang was lying to her because he fears she could be dangerous because of her reckless behavior sometimes
I fully expect that there will eventually be three "light side" traditions active: One started by Ashoka, A new and less dogmatic Jedi order started by Rey, and a Mandalorian tradition founded by Sabine and Grogu.
People keep forgetting that the Jedi and the Sith (and the Nightsisters) are not the only canonical Force orders, there have been many more, most of which were eventually wiped out by the Jedi and Siths many wars. The UA-camr The Stupendous Wave have lore videos that cover them.
I have a strong suspicion something happens to Ahsoka in the big Thrawn movies (like she sacrifices herself to save the day, perhaps). I bet Sabine ends up sort of self-studying, with help from Grogu.

I do hope that they hold it to a matter of training her to make the best of what she has and hopefully it can help keep her alive rather than *anyone* can become a Jedi master if they train hard enough. Filoni has been hinting at her having some sensitivity for some time in Rebels, so it doesn't surprise me with the "reveal."
I'm pretty confident that Sabine Wren's intentions were never to wield the Force. She wants Jedi training to be a more skilled combatant. She is already proven to be the opposite of "sensitive." You acknowledged that yourself. Sabine and Huyang said that she lacks "talent," "abilities," and "aptitude for the Force." So the term "Force sensitive" can't be used in connection with her. She's a warrior seeking improvement.
I think she has some ability, you see her trade multiple blows and parries while wearing the training mask. But I think all her uses of the force so far has been instinctual. And she may never be able to lift things or force jump.

Perhaps Sabine has a residual cellular change from being possessed by a night sister. Her ability to wield the force could be very different than normal "jedi" She might not be able to truly tap into this skill-set until she embraces her true Mandalorian heritage.
That’s what I’m thinking she is just to blocked so to speak even Kanan said it himself once ahsoka finally realised she wants to teach her the right way may change everything for Sabine.

It occurs to me that the very opening of Star Wars makes the implication that the "tales" are being told/recounted by someone, someone who is in a galaxy far, far away and in a distant future... This would suggest that descendants of the Jedi order spread out from the universe of the Empire, to galaxies that one day could be called "far, far away". The World Beyond Worlds and the Purrgil could be the vehicles by which the story can start to become inter-galactic and lead back to the person who was telling the original story of the Empire, in a distant future, in a galaxy far, far away... Making the whole thing kind of circular, as the Jedi spread from galaxy to galaxy... The Mandalorian Jedi Order perhaps?... Just a thought.
I think its set up for Jason to be the New Face of the franchise as we can clearly see is suoer strong with the force as a child, so Jason, Sabine and Grogu will be the new faces moving forward...
Sabine,grogu,jacen and Ezra will be the future and I hope so.
The New Jedi order starting off with Sabine and Grogu is the perfect start off point maybe to setup the new film.

Ezra has been gone so long, he will have half alien force sensitive kids of his own! Maybe his alien wife will have died already, so Sabine gets to be #2.

I’m definitely seeing the potential for these characters, but I believe their needs to be more force sensitive mandos that have backgrounds in different sides and organizations of the force, not too many, just a few. I’d love to see a dark, sith like mando and a night sister mando, strictly because I want to see what mando training and background bring to the table for these characters. I just feel the light side is getting more out of mando force wielders than the dark side. A dark mandolorian with Baylin’s mindset would be crazy devastating. So much discipline and conviction with the force, on top of mando training would make for a stoic, yet highly aware warrior very well equipped to achieve his goals.

With Grogu, he's following his adoptive culture. As Din Djarin's "son" it's a natural progression but the Sabine padawan thing is controversial. There are arguments that support and reject her being force sensitive. If she can't channel the force, what will Ahsoka teach her? She's already a Mandalorian warrior who wielded the dark saber. Also, Shin says she "has no power" in one of the trailers. I honestly don't care if Sabine is or isn't force sensitive or strong enough to use the Force but it doesn't make sense that she's a padawan if she can't.
The Force flows through all living things. She probably has as much Force power as Han Solo. Just enough to make her an exceptional warrior in lightsaber duels and better pilot when she connects with it. I think that's why she's Ahsoka's padawan. To channel what little force she has to the best of her abilities helping those around her.
I think her Force sensitivity is well above the average living being (including a Han Solo), and well below the threshold for Padawans in pre-Galactic times. I also have a suspicion there will be some sort of twist with her Force sensitivity -- it'll be unusual, somehow or other.

A psychsomatic neurological block that releases after she confronts a repressed traumatic memory? A genetic switch that can be activated to produce more mitichlorians?

Ashoka does not really mind if she is not a true force wielding Jedi - what she needs is a wingman / partner / padawan / sidekick , call it what you will, who is there to support her when the poop hits the fan :) and Sabine with her Mando combat skills and her skills making and repairing tech stuff is an ideal candidate, yes the force resides in everyone but only a very few had the talent / ability to learn to use it.
@@grumpybearproductions8446agreed. Its pretty clear in the show that Ashoka doesn't actually care about whether Sabine is force sensitive enough or not. She just wants a companion, and she'd honestly probably teach Sabine even if she had absolutely no talent
Grogu is basically going to be a blend of Yoda and Mando, which is insane, imagine Yoda with Beskar armor, a jetpack and all the goodies plus dual Lightsabers (just in case)...
I just want him to stop being a baby already, they got people's attention now it's time for a time skip...
He'll physically mature by the time the sequel movies are happening. But he'll still be pretty small throughout the thrawn movies the next several years.

Kanan said during Sabines Darksaber training that to him she was seemingly blocked from the Force I read that as she's blocking herself from it, not that the Force blocks her access maybe some kind of doubt on her part is stopping her 🤔
She has a lot of doubt maybe even more so now then before due to her parents dying, Ezra leaving and ahsoka abandoning her she doesn’t know what she wants to be a mandalorian or a Jedi but she has to realise that she can be both and I believe ahsoka will finally help her the right way for her to deal with this conflict.
Grogu is both Mandalorian and Jedi for in case anyone has even noticed that grow go follows both paths just like that ancient past Mandalorian that created the Darksaber he was also both Mandalorian and Jedi.
I totally called it when Grogu said this is the way and that he was going to be one of the first Jedilorians!

I hope that she becomes Mandalore and makes Force training mandatory and also teaches Sith philosophies and mastery of the Dark Side. Both philosophies are 2 pieces of the same puzzle and by mastering the Dark Side--they master their more human elements. I see great things under Sabine's rule. In Sabine--I see Shae's successor. Sabine will have the wisdom that Shae lacked.
But that near last episode, Grogu mimed "This is the way" behind Mando and Kree!

As a French person I can't get over this petanque ball sith artefact, it feels any minute they're going to pour pastis on ice and argue if they should shoot or point.
Baylon and Shin are former jedi. While out on a excursions with younglings, the horrifying events of Order 66 took place. A clone escort was patrolling around the area, when the order was given. Baylon sitting next to Shin showing her how to make a rock float. Just then he sensed something terrible about to happen. Shots fired. Younglings screaming in terror. Blade drawn, blocking incoming blaster bolts from clone fire. Deflecting shots back at the attackers. The tension in the air broke. Suddenly everything was quiet, except the faint cry of one lone youngling still breathing. Shin Hati, holding the rock in front of her.
Baylen then fled to the outer rim with Shin, having taken her on as his apprentice. One master and one apprentice to follow him.

I'm loving this theory here and hoped for something like it. I would not mind if Star Wars episodes IX, X, and XI ocurre when Din Grogu Is adult and leading his New Mandalorian Order of every Mandalorian tribe.
New Jedi Order (movies and/or TV shows): I think the Purrgil will help lead to the Yuuzhan Vong as the YV came from another galaxy. That story arc will take at least two intertwined TV shows or three movies with one focused on the New Jedi Order and another on the non-Jedi resistance (Core Worlds attempting to rally the New Republic and others like the Fallen 1st Order and Imperial Remnants).
I think that this Galaxy has runs its course,and that the New galaxy is the future of Star wars.
the thing i see all fans missing is a line from Obi wan in a new hope he states that the force is in all living things all that includes the plant life of planets the only thing the force users did is learn to use it and over time spilt into many other groups but hes saying that everyone has some connection to it but as most people only have a very small connection to it they have trouble mastering it and thus were not that suited to being trained we can see this in other places with Hans extreme luck with the pilots of Rogue Squadron being so good they are using the force without drawing on it fully it is allowing them to connect to a small part of it so Sabine being trained is not an issue as she can be taught to use the force she will just never have the true power or control of a Jedi or Sith but sh can be taught to use and understand the force
I really hope they get to meet it would be awesome and great for Mandalor

Realistically, it would be good to see a series just about Palpatine. I mean the backstory is great and we get to see his master, Darth Plagieus and his master, master tenabus. We need to see how he got so powerful and how he managed to block his presence from the Jedi.
Morgan's "time and space" line portends the way Filoni-verse characters can be absent for periods of time and then rejoin the main galaxy.
I’ve been saying this for the longest time. Eventually, at one point or another, they were going to find their own path through the Force just like Ahsoka after she left the Jedi Order. Grogu was going to become the next Mandalorian Jedi. He would technically be the second one. I’m not even counting Sabine right now. Always been my own theory.
Grogu is green.
Jacen has green hair.
Ezra has a green lightsaber.
Sabine paints with all colors, including green (this one is a stretch).
The new Mandalorian Jedi could be called the Green Jedi.
Looking forward to seeing where they take the Grogu and Sabine characters in the future. Will they bring the together to form a new Jedi/Mandalorian order taking the best of both or do they each go their own way.
If Ahsoka spent some time with like on ossus then huyang certainly would have met both like and grugu as he had been with ahsoka since Sabine's initial training years ago

its funny that once their faction were ended they all ended up joining with each other. thousands of years of endless bloody wars to end joined at the hip to the point of almost being the new order as their the only ones really left. especially after lukes new academy fails

Grogu started as a Jedi who is becoming a Mandalorian while Sabine is a Mandalorian who is becoming a Jedi. They seem to be on opposite paths.

This needs to be the series where they split the timeline so that the sequel trilogy is "optional" wacky stuff that doesn't need to happen and then there is a way better alternate sequel trilogy that happens alongside it. Kind of like the Legend of Zelda 3-way timeline split in OoT but for Star Wars.
If we think back to Episode 1 when the Jedi didn't want to train Anakain because he was too young and the many years it takes to master the abilities of a Jedi, I doubt either Grogu or Sabine will be Jedi in the classical way. Grogu left the Jedi path, for good reason, and will become a force sensitive Mandalorian. Sabine left Mandalore long ago and, given her age and already received training, is the least 'talented' Jedi ever at this moment. She'll have time now to work on that. But both will be something else.
One possibility is, that the use of the force will be more like a tool than a 'life style' for both. I would be very surprised if one of them becomes a very powerful Jedi. Grogu has the potential, but only if he follows the path of Jedi training. Din can't give him that and Grogu also decided against this path.
One could say, that it is a good thing because the Jedi in the past made mistakes. But there will be powerful force user in the future and to be a mediocre force user won't cut it. Also the combination of the Mandalorian way with some force abilities or maybe light saber skills is a purely warrior approach and lacks the ethics and philosophical side of being a Jedi.
I don't think that the Jedi from the past were a total failure. The Republic failed because it was undermined by Palpatine. The Jedi made failures along the way, but they were not a failure in itself. Also, there are not many Jedi or force sensitive characters left that went through the classic Jedi training. Even Ahsoka was trained during war and received different training than Jedi before. Luke was trained in hiding (and also received a shortened schedule), Ezra was trained in the field from someone who himself did not receive a full Jedi training. etc.
However, Sabine and Grogu are great characters and it will be interesting to see what the future brings.

You're making a lot of assumptions here. It's been confirmed that Ahsoka runs alongside Mandalorian season three, so we don't know if the events have happened yet. There will probably be a crossover event to orient us. Ahsoka left at least one Saber on the moon that Vader found. We don't know what happened to the other one yet. She may show up with it in the Bad Batch, as we don't know if the later episode of Tales of the Jedi has happened in that timeline. Personally, I think all Star Wars should be Date Stamped like Solo and Andor is. This would cause less confusion and engage people more. It gives the impression that they don't know what they're doing, but I don't think that is the case (at least with the stuff that comes before the sequels). All guesses seem to be hearsay and open to retconning, which is sad. I want to believe that the franchise has a solid understanding how the wider stories stick together.

I don't thinkGrogu and Sabine will make there own academy. I believe that they will just focus on the Mandalorian traditions. This is the way. Ezra, however, I do see him creating a new acadamy with Ahzoka.

I’ve really warmed up to Sabine being a Jedi. I like it! Maybe Grogu’s dad’s force ghost will help him find his Kyber crystal then Huyang will help him build his saber.
They'll get into that stuff more during the course of the thrawn movies. If things go well with the first one, they'll probably do a full trilogy during this part of the timeline. And mandalorian/spinoff series in between the movies.

You do know Yoda isn't his dad. They're just the same species. Dave Filoni and Jon Favereau have already confirmed that. Grogu's father is probably NOT force sensitive like other Jedi that were taken away from their families.

It could very well be that Sabine is blocking her ability to be with the force because of the fact that something in her past may have caused her to block it could very well be that ahsoka or someone else created that block when somebody pushes you too hard to do something that you already can do because they want you to be better they want you to be faster they want they want you to be more like them to the point where you can't do it their way eventually you decide somewhere in the back of your mind where you're not really conscious of it that you can't do it you just cannot see it you cannot do it I say this from experience I had a teacher who happened to be my parent and she was very lousy at the language that you was trying to teach me and let's just say I had a block to that language for many many years... Even though I understood the language I couldn't speak it and I could not write it because of the block that was there caused by having a very bad teacher... Maybe Sabine has some issues that she hasn't worked through that is causing her to have this block, and those issues are her feelings for Ezra.

If sabine was told she has little aptitude about the force then she would have to focus more be one with the force ,,,, there's nothing wrong with the baby yoda trying to be a Jedi when he is clearly that he has use it many times and as him as a mandalorian is okay too he can use both to his advantage !!!! the same thing for sabine ....

I think it would be a good explainer why they aren’t around to help during this past new trilogy if we find out they are stuck in the new galaxy for whatever reasons
It would be nice if they were force users but not necessarily Jedi and go off and have adventures. but then set something up after Luke's academy falls.

Grogu is a Jedi becoming a Mandalorian, and Sabine is a Mandalorian becoming a Jedi... similar but different.
Could the Yoda species be from Peridia? I was wondering if that might be why no one has ever found their planet and why their species is so few in the main Star Wars galaxy?

When i first thought of grogu becoming a mando it made m3 laugh. Not because its impossible but because of a scene i thought up inmmy head. Sort of like a yojimbo sc3n3 of little g3ogu maybe 120 130 ears old decked out in his man do armour walking into a dusty town with people just star in at him. Like a lone warrior co in into a place of crime and violence.
I really do not think Gorgu is speaking the native tongue of the Yoda species folk. He just doesn't have control of his vocal tract yet. He was trying to speak Standard.

I think the power Baylan seek is the revive the Jedi Order from Night sister magic! Have an army of Marok type of force user! Thats probably what She promise him to help her to help her get back to Thrawn. Marok was just a teaser of what he would get if he helped her get back to Thrawn. He want his new dark unded dark jedi order to be part of the new Empire what The older jedi order couldnt do
