Like the tutorial, I'd never heard of teddy bear joints until today.
Being someone who does a lot of work with hardware, I would make a few suggestions.
    1. Nylock nuts aren't that much more expensive, and that CA glue you use is actually a ridiculously tiny squeeze tube inside the dispenser (break one apart the next time you run out, you'll see). I'd be willing to bet simply buying nylock nuts would save money over that glue (I do love the Super Glue brand, but I hate that particular one). I always get the pro liquid variant from them, though I normally work with plastic/metal models. If you need it to dry quickly, you can spray the mating surface of the fabric with a tiny amount of CA glue accelerant (basically water and baking soda, which is a chemical base so worth testing on scrap fabric first) for a nearly instant bond.
    2. The style of hardware you want is called machine screws/nuts. The particulars don't matter, but I'd recommend getting fine thread (which you do have in the video). You want the closest fit to the center hole of the disks, which you can get SAE or metric. If in doubt, measure across the hole and error a tiny bit smaller.
    3. If you do want to glue the nut in place, I would use a thread lock glue like Loctite. Alternatively, nail polish actually works great for this. Apply some glue to the bolt threads and then tighten the nut in place.
    Hope you find this useful!

One think I did pick up on was that your goat had jointed knees, which is something I'd like to incorporate in a bear, so he/she could sit on a shelf where the legs could bend at the back of the knees, so the legs are dangling off the shelf. Have I misunderstood how your goat's knees are jointed, as for the life of me I cannot fathom how this could be accomplished! I so admire your generosity and exquisite designs.
