Thank you for the details. I have a relatively high income and have three rentals, one flip, 5 distressed homes I’ve remodeled from wholesalers since 2019. I learned that fir my time, flipping is not worth the energy and stress. Although it was successful. It was 3-4 months of subs not showing up, unexpected expenses $170k rehab. I made every mistake. Rentals is a slow game. Appreciate you saying the truth that the cash flow ($500/unit) is not anything to live off of. Just not sure how I’m suppose to scale.
Loans, 1031, leveraging properties, partnering up with others/LLC, equity, heloc, appreciation, break into low range priced homes to scale harder with said methods and others you already know.

I could be a king on 100k, I’m married I have a son. Iv never cleared more than 40k per year from my chef job . I have no outside family neither does my wife. But I get it everyone is different, many people waste money they don’t have. we are very frugal lived off of food banks for 3 years after we got married bc I only made $8.50 per hour washing dishes.we came from complete trash and had no one but each other . I now have multiple 6 figures from my investments and saving as much as possible. I drive an old truck a wear Walmart clothes. I’m only 30 btw been on my own since 15 both parents went to prison. I’m now looking to start/buy a business to provide for my wife and son. With a 6 figure income I would already be a millionaire no doubt, but again I understand most people are different. Great video

question, I had renters move out of my property a month before the lease was up and now I have squatter living at my property. I don't have the funds to go through the whole eviction process. I am thinking about selling my house, I really don't want to deal with these people. What is some advice or options I have? any info would be appreciated. TIA

how to be rich in 2024 - invest is small, boring businesses. Plain and simple. You need 100 doors in real estate to make any real money, one business can change your life forever
100 doors at 250 cash flow for 9 months each year is literally 225k on top of that you're already multi millionaire lol and could retire on selling a few that gained good appreciation or on loans from equity. Then just some money form a w2 like 60k, money isn't even a necessity to live anymore
