yes and no ! i would say yes get a tune . with the tune it will get rid of your check engine light and it will make sure your car is running right with no cats and makes sure you actually are benifiting from having no cats on the other hand some people dont get the tune , witch makes it Throw a check engine light and i believe your car doesnt run at its full potential because it thinks your car either has a bad o2 or it thinks the cats arent working i dont thikk its too big of a deal but if you want to have peice of mind , get a little extra hp , and get rid of the CEL its worth it another thing . if you have the CEL on due to no cats , your never going to know if something else is wrong with your car unless u plug in a Code scanner ever here and there because the cel holds 1 code or more than one code so there can be multiple things wrong with your car and you would never know
Heriberto x yes bro its required , But i have not got it tuned . It Just has a check engine light on because the o2 sensors notice that their is no Cats or Cats are not working It runs normal though , But once i tune it it will get more power
