No…you can USE IT over the 12 months period but officially you cannot full time live in it. You also need a FULL RESIDENTIAL address even to buy one.
We did live in ours all the time but are very glad we are out with Profit.
Also be aware that even if you travel a lot and spend over 6 months away overseas it STILL CANNOT be your full time residence for the time you are in the U.K.!!
They are superb for their purpose if you have a secure U.K. address.
