- This is another tutorial vid by me requested by MegaGemoroy. I made it as short as possibe and as confusing as possible :) Only joking. I hope you get along and if something is wrong or you'd like further information or if you're lonely lost and alone just write a comment.
The full song (allthough a little old and rusty - referring to my camera equipment then)
can be found under this link:

... "well, trusting yourself to do it." is the BEST possible advice to someone who is into music !! thank You again.
:D Yeah I wasn't quite sure how to put it. English is not my first language. Thanks for the feedback though. :D
Thanks man. That was fun. Next week Suzanne Vega is in Amsterdam and i am looking forward hearing her play this live. Thanks again.
This is so great...I love the detail and some new chords to play to this!

Nice. :-) Thanks for time you took. Great tutorial, made it easy for me. Great feel to your playing, and will be following to learn more songs and style. You nailed it, it's all about getting the feel.......and you got it. :-)

Really fun lesson. Keep up the hard work
Hi, great tutorial! Thank you so much for making this, I was trying to play the song from your original video but this explained all the techniques like what you play during the "I know you name..." part and the last chord. Yeah, great job :) Thank you again and keep on playing!
Thanks! Now I get it, and you make practice fun too! My girlfriend and I heard the song live yesterday, in Paradiso Amsterdam. We hope to see you doing the support act, next time!
lol very efficient! can't help laughing along with that laughter
Woooooow hoy recién escuché está canción en otro canal y busqué a la cantante original y ahora tengo la suerte de encontrar su canal con este hermoso tutorial... Muchas gracias, like, suscripción y activada la campanita...

Amazing tutorial, i really liked it man.
+razaderet Thanks a lot. I appreciate it.
I admire you, man.Thanks a lot.
great lesson!
Thank you Thank you! This is Perfect lesson
your camera is somehow confusing, but all is forgiven :D, I really enjoyed your lesson, and your chord progression
It's been 4 years. I've gotten better. :D
Beautiful rendition of the song, easier to play than I'd anticipated... but could you post a picture of the whole chord chart? It would really help.
Thank you very much. I'll do my best.
Hemmojito, great lesson. Thank you. One thing you might enjoy trying: after the G7, if you don't do the walk down, try throwing in a quick Eb79. So the progression would go G7 - Eb79 - Eb7 - D7. I accidentally stumbled across this chord while learning this song and I like it.
oh you mean after Gm7. I was looking everywhere where there is a G7 in this song (apart from the anticipation G7 chord just before the middle part where the lyrics go: "I know your name and so on)
But you mean in the intro, where instead of playing the little melody of half notes running down you play an Eb79. Yeah that works, too.
I'm always for a little entertainment in between chords. So I like the single notes played in between chords better because they give the listener the illusion of a melody as a whole. But this also sounds great. Very nice.
Thank you for this tutorial. Could be easier for you and us if you move the sheet instead of moving the cam back and forth or even forget about this and just add a PDF link.
I gave you a thump up for the effort and the try but to be honest with you I would go for another shorter and straight to the point tutorial if there were any. Not being negative and I do really appreciate the work but I'm just letting you know how I felt.

I agree check Sven's tutorial of Nuages its clear enough :)
Thanks, Jim, I tried to keep it easy (in both meanings) :) Welcome to my channel and have a nice one.

Hesham Abdou Glad to hear that :)

I'm working on it. Just out of curiosity. What song would you like me to do a tutorial of?
Great! How to play Mark Knopfler "Place where we used to live"?
I don't know this song. But sounds interesting. Let's see
Thank you for the lesson,
No problem

Great! You niceguy! It is so accurate, it helped me, Thank you!
(^_^)
wow thank you!
Hey Hemmojito,
I think you could have cut down a lot of time by speaking a little faster and avoiding the switching between you playing and showing the chords written on paper. A lot of tutorial people put the tabs on the screen while they are showing them on their guitars, also they put them below the video. (Which is super helpful.) On that note, can you please post the chords in order and organized by choruses and verses? On the whole though, I really enjoyed your video lesson and by golly I have learned a lot. You are a great guitar player and you seem like an awesome person. :)
Thank you very much for your time and efforts, yo.
(Forgot to add that)
Teach me how to put pictures in on the screen. I still don't know how to do that.
thank you so much . you are awesome!!!
:D
great tutorial, great job. but the D7b9 chord is not a minor chord. in g-minor key its the V7b9 chord. you played and pictured it well, but said and wrote its a minor. its not. (contains the F#, so its a major chord.) more songs please! : )

oh did I really do that? Guess I didn't know better then cause now it's like duuhhhh!... I really progressed during all my videos concerning the understanding of music. Not through them but alongside them. Cause videos are just 10 % of what I play. Thanks for pointing out man.

Dude I know. I got a situation right now where I haven't got the equipment anymore. Computer fried, guitar broken and not much time at hand either. It's the tripple whammy of video-creating blockage.( or as I call it the "VICREBLO point three" I gotta get rid of this thing...
anyway...
thanks for watching (and enjoying) my videos.
is your guitar tuned in D?
No. E like every guitar.
