I too have been thinking about idonine lately and trying to be conscious about eating more seaweed. You're so right about fats!

That’s great you don’t eat much salt. I have to cut back as I usually always shake some salt on my veggie bowls🙈
Yeah, I learned a lot of spots where I was unknowingly taking in sodium and didn’t know it. 🙂

You can’t get arugula. Bummer. I live in the Ag belt (central California) and there are some fruits and veggies i can’t get-pretty strange right? 🤔
I mean I can get it at Publix. But it’s expensive and not terribly tasty. Not like the arugula I got in Costa Rica. 🙂
Pritikin thought a half-gram of fat per day was sufficient for a man’s daily needs. A couple pounds of vegetables has at least a few grams of fat - mostly omega 3.
But what about bread? How do you make it?
I don’t. Wasn’t that big on bread before I went plant based. I’ll eat it from time to time when I’m in a vegan restaurant. 🙂
