Short roll: A precious tool vs. aggressive coverages

The use of short roll is not new, but it's trending more and more as the primary solution against aggressive coverages (blitz, hard hedge) on P&R situations.

As you can see there are differences in the footwork, the most common is a back pivot opening up to the ball but it's not the only solution possible!
Pay attention to the head, turning the neck to the ball to keep eye contact all the time.
A good passing big man can a real "aggressive coverage-killer"
