My experience with the clutch slave cylinder was one time I bought an after market slave cylinder and it pushed out too far and cause the springs on the pressure plate to fail. Not only did it cause it to fail, the throw-out bearing never got pushed back in so when pumping the clutch again, you could see the DOT4 fluid leak out the bottom of the transmission because the seal let go due to over extension. Try taking all of the shims off with the next slave cylinder. Also Change the fuel pump in that car. If it's the original fuel pump in an STI, you already know that that thing is low on efficiency.
Sterlin876 I've had a pressure plate fail as well. I tried everything to get it to work drove me nuts because it started off so sporadic like it was a bad slave or master. I didn't want to take the trans off but when I did I could see the fingers weren't releasing the plate.

For the fueling issue, could be TPS settings in the tune or tip in fuel. Check those out.
Turbo Panda Brent would have picked it up when tuning. Tip in hardly ever has to be touched. Tps maybe fried from over boosting it or a loose wire.
Duane Bailey yeah TPS sensors are always finnicky and cause many issues.

I just want to give you a heads up cuz I have the problem before in the past when you go to change out your master cylinder you have to flush out the slave cylinder cuz usually when the master cylinder goes out it put metal shavings into the whole system flush out your slave cylinder and you shouldn't have to worry about any of the getting damaged

If you dont have a crush washer on the fuel damper on the rail it can cause some issues. I had that happen to me one time. It needs that washer or it blocks flow in weird ways. Worth a shot!

Are the injectors better than what was inside that motor before you put the turbo? If not at a certain PSI it could be leaving the injector open which can cause it to go super rich and even bent the con rod.

If it’s high rpm lockout your chasing still you need a stronger clutch the spring isn’t strong enough to re-engage, I had the same problem with my last mustang.

On WRX/STI, subaru had a variable signal, I believe square wave, to the pump, controlled by ecu based on load/boost. You may want to run a straight 12V wire to the pump to eliminate that variable.

Check the hydraulic hose to the clutch slave cylinder. Look for any traces of moisture on it. They are notorious for weeping and drawing air into the system

Is your clutch master cylinder diameter sufficient for your hydraulic throw out bearing? if not, you won't get full travel.

Was having same problem with a 1993 pickup. Tell i back bled it with a pump oil can an bled it up from the slave cylinder tell it filled the the master up. Haven't had problems of it losing pressure since then
Might sound dumb but maybe the heat coming off that rear coolant hose is making the fluid too hot in the clutch master cylinder might need to drain it and run like dot5 or 6 brake fluid in it, I had a problem similar to that in my fc put a higher temp fluid in it and it was good to go, just a idea though
Check the fuel rail. I ran into this issue before running a used line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail, and a used fuel rail. Check the filters inside the injectors. check the orientation of the nut on the end of the fuel rail
