So glad to see Raeen and Saru catching up on the masterpieces they missed. I'm in for it.
‘The Shawshank Redemption’ became
one of the best movies in the ‘90s.
😄👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
One of the best movies that has came out... Period.
(Imo)
06:20 an interesting fact about the film, this scene was actually shot during the filming break, where the actors were drinking beer in the heat, and the film director liked what he saw so much that he recorded it and included it in the film
Wow, awesome bit of trivia
I studied filming and I'm impressed with Raeen's analysis. This is one of the best movies of all time. I suggest you show Raeen and friends some of the highest rated movies out there like 12 Angry Men, Casablanca, The Godfather, Lawrence of Arabia, Parasite (2019), Gone with the Wind, The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Memento, Seven Samurai, La Dolce Vita. It's time for them to watch some of the best movies ever made.
also Speed 2: Cruise Control - no greatest movies list is complete without Speed 2: Cruise Control
Would also think Sarru and Raeen would enjoy, the sixth sense, and The green mile
Raeen hit the nail on the head: the message still resonates today, there are definitely people jailed who are innocent, and corruption within the system. The system exists and has a use, but we need to be ever vigilant. This is the main reason I believe the death penalty should not exist.
My main reason is that such a power should never be given to our ever-changing, ever-fallible politicians and lawyers. You need a great deal of faith in them to trust that they would always, only, and infallibly use it where an individual wants it used. Far more faith than I could ever muster. I might personally want certain people taken off the planet, but I separate what I want from the power that I'd give the State. The State is bad enough with the powers it has already. People then go on about the cost of keeping killers in prison. Well, that cost is better than giving the power of death to lawyers and politicians...and anyway, the DP is only cheap in countries like China or Iran - neither of whom are great models of law for (in my case) the UK.
Agreed!
Raeen is so very smart, very observant. Saru is a very wise & sage man beyond his years. Thanks for showing this great film, it was my husband's favorite film ❤❤❤
Great movies like Shawshank Redemption break down international barriers, everyone can understand redemption and share in their shared friendship
Thank you Mr. Producer for letting everyone enjoy the classics.
Ooooh that's a classic, imho one of the best movies ever made.
Remember, it is a good movie, maybe the best movie, and good movies should be watched.
I’m glad they were impressed with this movie as much as I was.
"Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption" was a book written by Stephen King. The screenplay was written and the film directed by Frank Darabont. The film was nominated for seven Academy Awards, but didn't win any. Would love to see reactions to "The Mist" and "The Green Mile".
You mean a Green Mile react with Sarru and Raeen? Yes, that'd be awesome. There already was one with Badshah and Babu.
do not show them the mist!
They need to see 'In the Name of the Father' as a follow up. this and Shawshank are the best prison movies of all time.
16:03 One of the most awesome bits of foreshadowing in cinema.
Morgan guesses it wasn’t more popular when it came out bc its title was a mouthful and didn’t roll off the tongue.
I really wish you guys would watch "Unknown Soldier" (2017), a Finnish war film and imo best war film there is
What a great ending reaction
I like the way they watch the movie and react to it. That's way better than reaction videos where people don't watch the movie and don't react to it.
Great rewatch of a great movie.
If they liked this movie they must watch another Morgan Freeman movie, named Glory that he starred in. Some of his other great movies is Unforgiven, Driving Miss Daisy, Seven, Million Dollar Baby & Lean On Me, all Morgan Freeman classics, where he played key parts in it. Morgan Freeman is my favorite actor.
This year, the word celebrates the 30th anniversary of "The Shawshank Redemption"movie 🎬 Still the best movie ever made!
One of my favourite movies ever.
They should watch "The Sixth Sense" too!!!
I wonder what the title of their reaction for that would be?
Probably something like, "He's ****!", for anyone searching movie reactions or notifications to see.
once again, raheen has the patience of a saint.
The man said watch Sholay. I will certainly try.
It's amazing. Just today I was thinking about how you guys would react to this masterpiece of a film. Hope you keep the Stephen King ball rolling with The Shining and Christine.
Oh, very nice! I missed the Shawshank react with Babu and Badshah (and still couldn't get to it - shame on me).
I'm sure, Shutter Island would absolutely be worth a reaction, too. And maybe One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Or for a lighter take (but not too much lighter) The Longest Yard, even :D
shutter island hell yes.
I would love to see the same idea with Forest Gump and Cast away, both Tom Hanks. That would be fun to watch.
They watched both of them. Well Babu and Raheen. They both on their channel.
Raeen has missed the following relevant movies:
- The Martian
- Avatar
- Avatar the Way of the Water
- Fight Club
- Dune Part One
- Dune Part Two
They wouldn’t understand any of the references in Forest Gump. Still a good movie if you don’t get them though.
Would love for Raeen, Saroo, and Babu to watch 'Awakenings' starring Robin Williams and Robert De Niro. 💖💔❤️🔥
You guys should watch Sling Blade next! I enjoy watching your reactions.
Sir! I love how spiritual they are and have a great grasp on religion. Please watch „Signs“ (2002). It delves into the realm of faith in a very unconventional way and I think they would love this film! Love you guys!
Great Job guys. You are top Movie Reviewers. Worldwide!
Brilliant reaction. These two were a very considered audience. Top marks.
They should see the Sixth Sense too!
I would love to hang out with these guys!
they are gonna love this one.
I love the shawshank redemption, but now I want to go watch this film called sholay!
should also re-watch 'the green mile'
Have they seen The Green Mile? This is an amazing movie.
They have.
@@Trazynn There is no reaction. Did they delete the video?
@@michaelnewman7468 Babu and Badsah saw it. Indeed Raeen and Saru haven't seen it yet.
Could you please show them American History X. It will blow their minds.
Great movie nice reaction🎉
Great choice of film. How about Slumdog Millionaire?
Another Interesting movie about prison would be Brubaker. Robert Redford plays in it but also, Morgan Freeman has a part as well.
it would be a surprise for them to know that shawshank redemption was actually a flop when it released, but now it is considered one of the best movies ever.
I hope they enjoy it.
Consider having them react to "Seabiscuit" it's about a famous race horse.
The film was actually a failure upon first release. It only became successful upon its release on VHS. And it didn't get a lot in the way of awards (despite 7 Oscar nominations), but is now considered by many to be the greatest film of all time.
Raen should see Fight club
I would like to see the gentlemen react to the song BELIEVE by BROOKS AND DUNN. I think they would enjoy it very much and would have a lot to say.
Yaasss
I'd love Ruby reacting to Squid Game. When will you guys do the last 2 Harry Potter movies?
No matter what movies you show, they have had the pleasure of seeing some of the greatest American movies ever made. Their joy as well as their understanding of these movies is amazing. Without this channel they never would have even know these movies existed. Maybe once a month you could use an outdoor projector and show some in their village on an outside wall. I can’t imagine their friends and family would receive the same enjoyment v
Kool.
Great to see a new pair react!
React to studio Ghibli movies. Im not a bot. Spirited away movie is a good one to watch.
Can anybody recognize the title from what that guy tells them. ?
Another great book by Stephen king try the green mile
i want badshah return
pls show them the Anaconda movies
After this film, The Green Mile is where you go next. The same writer and the same director. Frank Darabont was the only director of films made from Stephen King's books who was faithful to the writer's vision. There were movies several based on King's books and these two are the gems.
I think they would highly enjoy watching the movie Jungle Cruise with Dwayne Johnson. It's a great adventure movie that reminds me of the ones created during the late 90s - early 2000s.
"They both died. It's good that they died"
Sometimes I think how much they've all grown though the things they've been exposed to on this platform. But then, Raeen goes and says some third-world mentality thing like that.
Just realised its probably going to be 6 months to finish the Fallout season one ....
Its only 7 or 8 eps. I hope it doesn't take too long. But the Marvel journey is probably taking 6 months... We already s few months in..
FallOut was so good I had to go and watch the rest of the show on my own. One of the best shows iv seen in awhile.
Every other day I buy snacks for this occassion but they dont post new episodes. So I just eat the snacks 😅😅
please show star wars the clone wars(cartoon)movie 2008
Stephen King's Legacy.............and nobody thought it would be given his extensive body of work. Will be considered better than the Shining (BLASPHEMY!)
Please react to Conjuring universe but beware not allowed for heart patient
