so confusing, I tried to unlock the children's lock, still could not find out how to do this. I watched the video how to do it manually, but could not find that button in the door that has to be turned on or off, maybe my Genesis G80 2021 hasn't got such a button.... does anybody know more

But you cannot walk away with the proximity key and the car will lock its self, correct?

I think you are right; you have to press the little button in the door handle to lock the car or use the remote key.
