Really enjoying these videos where you go through the schematic on screen, it's very helpful. Seems to be a bit of space available in the pedal. Any reason they use a 125B vs. 1590B enclosure? Curious too why they don't extend the PCB down to the foot switch rather than another breakout board connected with wires.
This board is designed for a 125b case. My guess is so that you can have top mounted jacks. Extra pcb is optionally, but you are right, they could include this in all builds. Especially the few that are buffered bypass
