So, my issue that i have been experiencing is accuracy. I do print and cut contour outlines, and i say 9 out of my 15 images placed on the page cut with precision. I calibrate the machine on every cut project, but i can never get it to cut all images accurately. Would you have any tips to maximize accuracy ?
Maybe they just had the Canon ix6800 in their office. Or it was easy to get cuz everyone ran out to get a epson to do sublimation or the fake so called waterbase eco-solvent cuz they think it's the same as real eco-solvent. But epson use to have a better print head. But with the dtv you can use any printer just like the old inkjet printable paper in walmart, michaels, or joanns
Having an issue with registration marks not being picked up. I’m having to manually go to the first corner atleast 90% of the time. So annoying , any tips on this ? It happens on Matte, gloss papers with sharp prints and with no light bro bright lights on the camera . Same thing
Hi there! Are you selecting the right mat and paper size before sending it to the printer? You may have the media selected as smaller than it really is.
As a cricut user I find print and cut is some what limited although they have changed it so you can print and cut bigger stuff but still to a limited size. I used mine with a Sawgrass sg500 which although is A4 is limited to slightly smaller with design space print and cut where as this looks like you can expand to fit material/mat size which seems less wasteful of materials and getting the maximum out of an A4 sheet. Cricut is good for everything else though just think print and cut is rubbish unless you own an A3 printer to make use of bigger cutting mats and the new update and I'm not ready to buy an sg1000 at £1000 😂 just for print and cut
how do you avoid cutting inside the art work, for example, little circle inside the letter A or D. When I expand the contour, it doesnt weld the entire image together. It also contours little shapes and holes inside the image as well that I dont want cut. I just want contour around the edge of the image, not whats inside. Even though i move the cutting contour offset bar to the far right, it will create contours inside! its driving me mad!
Hi Dan! These edits must be made on the image itself before uploading it. If this is a contour cut image, it means that the background is not transparent.

Same. Any update on a fix?
When I do this I put the blade over the left bottom registration mark and when it goes to scan the second one it goes way past it

You might have "include holes" toggled. That traces the holes when you go through the contour part.
@vanillarice24 I have that disabled, it just highlights every detail and cuts it anyways
@@dandee28 I had this issue the other day (actually have an issues with the machine and software myself I just got it). Try putting a white underlay.
@@vanillarice24 hmm do you mean white background?
