Mentally Sensitive Trail Aliso & Wood Canyon | 4k

Mentally Sensitive is a very steep and technical trail! It starts in Laguna Beach between Top of the World and Arch Beach Heights and drops down into the Aliso Canyon. Very fun trail, would highly recommend!

Crazy! I ride my bike to where you end your ride, tie up my bike, and hike to the top. Very steep, can't imagine going down on a bike, you are good!

Sadly, this awesome video cannot effectively show how steep the gradient is for this trail. Nice bike handling skills.
