Lenny spun at almost every rave i went to and Rob would spin at the Limelight in NYC. Frankie, Bones, Jeff Mills, Micro Gonzo, and too many to name wrecked the decks as well through the 90s and Frankie and Jeff are still going strong as well

Funny you say that. After listening to Rotterdam hardcore like Neophytes, Paul Elstak, Ruffneck and even Lenny Dee and DJ Freak (killoutdjfreak on here) nothing else seemed hard enough. Friends ended up in house and trance I ended up in the likes of Slipknot, Pantera, System Of A Down and similar. Only come back to this style for training on a kickbag or punching. Play sometimes when it's myself and the odd friend in our club. Those are definitely missed times though

check out The Berzerker. They were an Australian terror hardcore /brutal death metal band. Most tracks are about 250-300 bpm i'd say.
