I think a big one that hasnt mentioned and that I didnt know for the longest time is doing a sword slash while climbing up the stairs. Just got to learn it by noticing in recent videos. I was either dashing or doing not single slash but flash step. I think that is what it was called. Do a followup video or if possible a start of a series of these tips please
On the turtle/recoil tip, would it be best to use in a scenario in which you and your opponent are very close quarters and the situation is dire? I've been playing for a bit, but mostly casual and mainly FFA so I hadn't really developed the game-sense of when to use certain things, I just struggle knowing when to defend.
Yeah that would be a good time to turtle, for example in the close quarter situation and the opponent is swording you it’s a good idea to turtle and put easy PB’s into them yeah
@@Acerized that makes more sense bc i would always just fire at them but bc they are butterflying so frantic i get hit and I can't land a shot on them. Turtling would just let me get a hit on them.
my sense is around 1600 and DPI is 400, i also play on lower sense on FPS games such as CS and such but I always heighten my sense on fast paced games such as gunz, apex and fortnite
I play gunz since its beginnings with the original international, and later in ijji, and I have always loved it, although it is sad to accept that it was a game very ahead of its time, waiting to be a simple game that was filled with too many mechanics and that is what prevents revive it :(, I understand the young and adults who try to play and someone deletes you with pb's in a combo and when you realize you are 1/20 and that must discourage a lot to new players. btw good video

Try and optimise as much on your mouse as you can, spread out the inputs so your left hand isn’t doing too much work, for example putting sword on scroll wheel and reload on a mouse button, my binds are trash too I just never can be arsed to switch
What's up, dude. First time commenting on a GunZ related video. I have seen your gameplay yesterday and in all of the GunZ videos I've watched, your playstyle is the most similar to mine. Sadly, I have lost my touch/aim back in 2017 and the server connection seems played a part for me to never come back to my form. (Even though antilead is activated, it affected me badly lol) I gave up being competitive and just visit the community when I have time.

what mouse and key binds ? thats the hardest part for me, I have done a lot of the hardest moves but i'm just too slow and not consistent to win in duels. 15 years after starting the game I'm still finding out new stuff though which is mad.
Personally my binds are not great as late dash is harder on it, I use default binds but changed gun 1 to E, gun 2 to Q, reload on right click and flip on mouse button, however most optimal binds I would say to try and spread out your binds on your mouse as much as you can as it means your left hand has to do less work, making you faster
@@Acerized thanks, I have a tried a few things before, tried putting gun on mouse side button or scroll down but I seem to find it much harder to get the correct timing between left click ( slash ) and drawing the gun than if I just press 2 or 3. Thats why I wonder if mouse makes a huge difference to what setup works for some people and how fast they can become.
@@ash0787 yeah mouse does matter a lot, majority of top tier players will have atleast 1 main bind on their mouse, from what I’ve seen it’s mostly sword on scrolll wheel or gun on scroll wheel

Yo what's your sensitivity and DPI? I'm used to very low for shooter games but in Gunz it's really hard to play with low sens

how did you got this game overlay like the scoreboard and the health bar?
Its default settings, this is on a private server called igunz.net that’s why it looks a little different
