@@xarius1 once you learn the map its over for the ai for sure. i just hide in areas i know ai are common, wait for them then get sneaky headshots before they see me

the great feeling of wiping what you thought was a 3 man, flanking around not hearing anything for a bit just to die to a 4th sitting in a corner, thats the solo experience
Or check everything to the last corner just to realize that raid's about to end and you haven't even looted them.

I'm truly passionate about this game, but I find myself grappling with a significant challenge when playing. The intensity of the game often overwhelms me, leading me to adopt a cautious scavenger approach throughout. It genuinely saddens me that my Tarkov anxiety hinders me from fully enjoying the game. Have you experienced a similar struggle, and if so, do you have any strategies for overcoming it? I'm eager to improve and dive into the gameplay with more confidence.. i really need some advice... I'm nowhere near as good as sleek, but I also struggled with this for a long time. I watched a lot of people better than me play the game and learnt from their gameplay. Over time, I gained a lot of confidence in what I was doing in-game and eventually, managed to curbed most of my anxiety. Tarkov is still a stressful game, but knowing that you're doing the right thing really helps. Also, just use your good gear.

Annoyingly tarkov promotes playing slow & ratting, I’d love to play fast but I feel like I’m not good enough to do that 100% of the time so I try using a mix of both.
In terms of improving and getting better is just down to playing more & pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Don’t stress about being good or the best at the game. I die plenty of times too to silly mistakes. If tarkov stresses you out I’d recommend just taking a break and playing some games you enjoy. I take breaks from tarkov by playing non fps games like Rimworld, Baulders Gate 3, civilisation 5, valheim etc
@@itz_sleek Really appreciate your time Sleek! I defintely going to push myself to just do it! and see what happens(with some sort of plan in mind). Im already pushing myself out of my comfortzone everytime but i notice that i constanly fall back in to the i don't want to die i don't have the skill state... super annoying..
it's a long learning curve that i'm willing to take!

I love this game also, but for me the sounds are overwhelming. I cant play if my volumes are really up. I have to lower my sounds volume to play, but then i cant hear all the small footstep sounds and so on. 😑

Soon wipe is coming. Oen good tip I recently heard ( I'm also new to tarkov). Just play factory all the time. PMC or scav. And just shoot anything that moves. Till the new wipe you will be so accustomed to dying and losing equipment it won't phase you when new wipe comes. And when it does come u can focus on progressing game/tasks etc
@@KcGanjaBoy ive had the game 3 and a half years and honestly the fire sale trader event at end wipe is best for new guys, make sure youve got usd and rub to spare(plenty), max traders where everything is 1 is the best time for you to practice PvP
id just mainly say do quests and youll end up w grenadier or some harder kill quests you can do over time doing other quests quests are the best ways to level up

Yeah I die all the time too don’t worry, I’ve had days where I’ve had longer death streaks than survival streaks. If you truly want to improve then it’s just pushing & powering through those rough raids.
But honestly don’t stress about being the best at the game. Take breaks, they help a lot and I frequently step away from tarkov for a day or two and just chill out on some other games & then come back to tarky when I’m feeling refreshed

Level 25, still haven't done the bronze pocketwatch, awareness and positioning is good but there's always 2 more buddies assisting them. Even if I win, I can't extract all the gear. It is rough.
Just go customs at night with some n15s or PNVs and scav customs for the key so you dont have to go dorms on your pmc one raid u'll have it done
Go in as a scav get they key extract then go in as a PMC with the scav gear run to the pocketwatch get it jump over the wall and hide in one of those bushes on the hill going towards dorms and come out when theres only 10mins left in raid.

Great content, but I have to ask - why the hybrid 46 on the m4 you were using in the last run? Cheap from trade sure, however youre losing 7-10% extra recoil reduction from other muzzle device suppressor combos (as i'm sure you know)
Purely because I liked how it looked at the time. I’m at the point in tarkov where if I use the same meta builds over & over & over it just gets boring and stale to me. Hope that makes sense
Stopped using meta suppressors as well and honestly barely notice a difference

its easy when you play vs. 4 chaotic casual players, but if you meet a good duo or three you are done in 80% of the raids, or you can run

Hard to say, it’s a fairly common spot to watch (for someone that’s in stronghold). I say it’s not that sus because that’s a area I keep my eye on a lot when I’m looking that way too so it’s totally possible he was just looking in the right place at the right time

I liek these styles of games. Got Tarkov, right after the recoil update. The guns are unsuable, the gunplay feels so bad, same as the movement. The performance is horrible, even EA can do better. After g0ats video I havent touch the game since. So many issues that can be fixed right away, but they refuse. The game could be so good, but its so pushed down by the studio.
It's a simulation, I'm sure the guns would sway so much more irl, they've made it easier with the recoil update

You say it's easy to play solo as you are dropping solo players.
Killing a 5-man in bunker as a solo is near impossible.
It's much easier on an open map.

Solo tarkov is easy...if you know the game well ^^ so...starting at 1k hours lol ^^
