I tried Filmic but I think they need time to fix glitches as the device has only just been announced. iPhone 13 looks great, but I hope they have worked in the dynamic tone mapping. Looking forward to trying one out
@@SiHorrocks in my Xiaomi I have good results with ProShot, because it allows more resolution and frame rates than Xiaomi camera. The front camera is only limited for 1080p, but with ProShot I can use 4k. ProShot allows me to use all cameras. There are sensors that cannot sustain a stable frame rate in 4k, keep an eye with that. There are other camera apps that can use all sensors and resolutions, but I like ProShot because the user interface.

I used to edit photos from cheaper 13mp camera phone with the help of Hedgecam2 and Snapseed apps that I installed and most of my edits are similar to the quality of photos from Mi 11T. And I'm pretty sure the 11T really suits with my likings.

Great video, trash phone. All this hype for that phone? I've been a Xiaomi user for a long time and been looking into mobile videography for last few months. All the features you described are presented in most Xiaomi phones for the last year. Where's tele lens? Where's more fps in pro mode? Why can't I set focus and white balance manually in slow mo? Not sure I'm not missing anything but that's just a software issue?

I dont know why, but i just got a xiaomi 11t pro, a month ago and the camera seems to have ois.. Very smooth even with 4k 60frames.. No stutter or blur at all compared to what ive seen in other youtubers review... Plus i cant even find image stabilization mode in settings, is it possible they changed something with the phone?
For the life of me I can't find where to turn off image stabilization or LOG option. Great video btw, very down to earth not bashing the phone but also not giving it false praise.

The mi 11T pro now has 4k60fps
And 8k30fps with possible future firmware update allowing 60fps
It records 8 bit. So log is more or less a normal video with less contrast and saturation because if you push 8 bit too hard image would break.
Such a charming voice, but stayed for the quality content until the end.
Xiaomi Log profile is more like natural color in my Poco F3 but in some situations it reduces contrast and saturation quite a bit but not consistent
Great review and I totally agree with you the video recording processes on this phone does make the footage over sharpening
