@SheReaDelSol I know right lol. That's why we want it. We are tired of buying all these damn products. OK, how about a "my favorites in every category?"
Shampoo is never bad unless it doesn't have effective cleansing agents. No one's hair is disintegrating because of shampoo or over cleansing. The lack of cleansing and all these homemade hacks is why naturals are struggling with their hair and retaining length. Doing the most can be damaging. A simple routine can save time and help retain length.
Both could be true lol . If you're over cleansing and not putting enough moisture back in your strands it will get damaged. If you're not cleansing enough your hair can also get damaged. Both are true and I personally have seen both. That's why we need balance. Shampoo can be bad if you over do it. That's a fact lol😂.
Love. Without all due respect, you did not share an actual routine. You shared your product stash. I will or will not blow dry them. My style of choice will be this or that! Your routine should also include changes to your diet and supplements as well. The changes moving forward have to be both internal, topical and mechanical. In your last video, you only focused on products. But between that weird salon experience, you never told us about stress in your life, your diet, your hydration. Because our hair truly reflects what’s happening internally.
