Shampoo is never bad unless it doesn't have effective cleansing agents. No one's hair is disintegrating because of shampoo or over cleansing. The lack of cleansing and all these homemade hacks is why naturals are struggling with their hair and retaining length. Doing the most can be damaging. A simple routine can save time and help retain length.

Both could be true lol . If you're over cleansing and not putting enough moisture back in your strands it will get damaged. If you're not cleansing enough your hair can also get damaged. Love.
Without all due respect, you did not share an actual routine.
    You shared your product stash.
    A routine would be:
I plan to wash and deep condition once a week with this shampoo and this conditioner. I will also be using some steam. After my conditioner, I will follow up with this leave in. I will or will not blow dry them. My style of choice will be this or that!
Your routine should also include changes to your diet and supplements as well.
The changes moving forward have to be both internal, topical and mechanical. In your last video, you only focused on products.
But between that weird salon experience, you never told us about stress in your life, your diet, your hydration. Because our hair truly reflects what’s happening internally. At one point your hair was long and thick through and through, but if you incurring more stress that will damage your hair.
**Giving that your ends tend to be see through after a while, it would be best to stick to certain products for at least 3/6 months so we can see which works for your hair and which doesn’t.
**I think you should also experiment with air drying versus using a revAir. There is a study that showed that air drying could be more damaging that blow drying (away from the hair) because air drying damages the cuticle membrane of the hair.
***Ingredients. I think you should learn or find witch ingredients based on your porosity that are beneficial to your hair type and your hair goals.
Hopefully you don’t take offense and give us another video with an actual routine.
I want you to get your hair back before you met the “no oils no butter” lady who did this to your hair.

Thank you for this video Sherea ❤. What the bond repair does exactly? My 14 year old did a silk press and her 4c curls are gone. The hairdresser didnt tell us what to use to wash out the press or what products to use to treat her natural hair thereafter. Now her hair is extremely dry. The roots are poofy (now growth 3") while the remaining hair looks like relaxed hair (4c curl pattern gone). Would the bond repair help with hair that was pressed?

Soo your plan to grow your hair to waist length is .... a large collection of products? Tell me you don't want waist length hair without telling me you don't want waist length hair. Sis, there is no magic potion. Flat twist or cornrow your hair, wash your hair in the cornrows periodically, and gently remove the protective style 2-3 months later. Repeat that for a year and boom waist length. Once you hit waist length, you can maintain that length by gently combing, washing, and conditioning, and wearing low manipulation styles 80% of the time. Lol im not hating but its maddening when i see people who want long hair but are constantly playing in it😅 if you want to play in your hair and be a hair hobbieist just get used to rocking your hair in cute short/medium length hair styles.

Sis, I just watched a whole video dissing you & your hair journey on a channel called Coilette. So I had slide over here to be “ nosey “. The only conclusion I made is that there’s women is this Black natural hair community that’s “jealous “ of you.
💫Some of us have hair setbacks, but what matters is.., how you “comeback. Blessings 💕

But was it a diss though? Or was it a moment of reflection on the delicate balance between influencing trends/products and healthy hair care, so as not to have a repeat of the infamous ‘UA-cam Broke My Hair’?…
