the DeLorean can't posibly rusted but only dirted as they made them fom stainless steel panels except the font grille and bumper and rear bumper which they molded it in grey resine similar to panels, the grille was hoizontal black fins with quad lights

The reason why you can't paint the body, is because it's stainless steel. Also, if you were to add the license plates to be like the movie, they should say OUTATIME
the parts that were not fitting correctly are just visually glitched if you leave garage to go to the junkyard or a barn and come back the positions should be fixed back into their proper places
