I'd like to ask something about variable chiller control and how to achieve this correctly. Because I've seen options for these, First uses a variable compressor, which is infantry and still not fully reliable. Second, using variable pumps and my question here, does this type need VFD! Third, using constant pumps controlled by VFD. by your experience, which one gives the atmost fluid control for better VAV systems. Thanks
Each software vendors program looks slightly different. You'll need to refer to the manufacturers literature for the specifics on programming their controllers.

If we understand you question correctly, you would want to use Variable Speed Pumps with VFD's and two way control valves on the coils.
