I love how real you are lupita your so much better than many youtubers so honestly I been here for over 5 months now and I love u and ur lil family! Hope to meet you guys one day
Omg Pita!!! You and your boyfriend are such life savers! I've been doing UA-cam for two years and my quality has improved but I still have a long way to go and this video has shown me so much! I also started filming with books as a tripod in the beginning and it is crazy to see how far we have come. Love your channel girl!! And thank you so much!!!
I love love you and your boyfriend! It’s so sweet that y’all are not just introducing the equipment, but y’all are giving ideas for people who may not be able to afford it! So thoughtful! 💕😊😘
Pita..... i loved this video. Every time you post a videos comes to show how committed you are to your subscribers. I love your work and your set up and the way Jason supports you in everything. Blessings to you guys ♥️🙏🏽
Your video quality is awesome! The results speak for themselves. You are saving people so much time & money with this tutorial. One can easily spend hours researching all of these items(Cameras, lights, mics, etc). One can also easily waste their money on the wrong stuff...or buy more than they need. Either way hurts the budget. I really like the reflective foam board idea. Thank you so much for sharing your setup.
You are amazing and so welcoming in your videos! I love how you both work so well together and supported each other through out the video! Thank again for your help! 💓🤗
This video is so much more informative than any other one I've seen. ALSO, it's nice to see that this video is not sponsored, it makes the review more genuine and I appreciate that.
wow this is the best and most informative studio startup video I've watched. while i can''t get the exact stuff in the video because wei live outside the us, it does help give an idea on where i can start with more basic stuff. thank you so much!
i love how you said that it doesnt really need to have a good lighting as long as your fans support you. I feel so ashamed on how I film myself and how my video sucks whenever I do a vlog :( You gave me hope.
Thank you so much for this video, I love how descriptive you are! I just wanted to let you know that I'm not even an aspiring blogger or MUA either, I'm looking for helpful lighting tutorials and equipment to get my photography business started and your video was very helpful! Keep it up and paying it forward, many kudos to you and your boyfriend!
Thank you so much for sharing! I’ve been trying to find the seamless backgrounds because I’ve been wanting to change up my videos and try something new but never knew where to find them. I also I never knew that reflectors could help make a difference. Also I love how supportive your boyfriend is with your UA-cam channel he’s definitely a keeper! Your makeup and hair is always on point 💕😍💋❤️🌹👌🏼
Love how you explained alot of this stuff and got our back to those who wanna start a youtube channel. Thank you so much for the explanation of all the equipment. Much love ❤️❤️
I watched so many videos trying to figure out what to do with lighting and setup, yours was the ONLY one that really helped! Thank you so much for sharing. Subscribed!
Ok let’s start off first by saying your boyfriend is mad supportive I loved that. He was very helpful and was into the video. Another thing is that I loved how helpful and to the point you were. You were very helpful thanks love ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lupita! I clicked on your video right away when I received your notification:) This really helps me because I have been looking for new lighting when I film.
this was so helpful for a new youtube as myself! thank you for posting! also, I do love how your boyfriend is so helpful and supportive. that is awesome!
Thank you so much for doing this video, I’ve been wanting to start my UA-cam channel so badly. Just was so clueless on where to start! Much appreciated❤️ much love- xo
Man I’m so happy I came across you channel , like you said if someone like you they like you immediately I liked you , thank you so much for the information !
The k you . This was so organized and detailed . Please show a video on how you set your setting with the white balance and also how you set up the over head light . I’m having such a hard time setting more up
I’ve uploaded a couple of videos but I’ve stopped because the quality and my lighting was horrible and all I can say is THANK U for creating this video😍
It's super interesting to see how you've come up with your set up. Thanks for sharing. Funny, those reflectors just look like aluminum on poster board - but finding out their are just from a home hardware store for super affordable pricing is awesome!
I would like to add, you should definitely put a cooling stand under your laptop. That fluffy stool can definitely cause long term overheating damage! The computer will start to get slower and slower. Happens with comforters and blankets too. Amazing set up!!
UPDATE: Okay these lights are awesome 😁😁😁 I noticed yours say FOVITEC STUDIO PRO on them and mine just say Fovitec, even though they are the same ones...👍🏻 Can't wait to use these lights on my channel soon..😀 thanks for the recommendation 🤗🤗🥳🥳
can you do a video on topics like moving out on your own or how to build up your credit ? im 19 and idk where to start lmao 😫 knowing that your independent living on your own id like some tips
Taxes too. I feel young people don't know what kind of things you can file in your tax return in order to get more back. I moved out when you were born lol. So I don't even know what someone your age would specifically like to hear about. I definitely do know a lot about credit, keeping a good score, etc.
Month 1-Get a card, use it only for gas, pay it off every month, Month2-get another card use it for food, pay it off every month Month 3 get another card pay it off make only small purchases I just turned 20 last month, at my age I have a 720 credit score *never bought a new car, never made any big purchases on credit* if you need to make big purchases try to pay it cash!
Your video is outstanding. You and your boyfriend went above and beyond the normal explanation and your viewers greatly appreciate it. One tip I would offer is even though you don't have to spend a lot for a tripod, remember it is the item which is holding the most important part of your studio and that is the camera. You upgraded your lights and mike which are fine, but to have a camera that cost several hundred dollars being held up by a ten dollar tripod, I would question this because if this fails and falls so does your camera as tripods are rated for a certain weight. Good luck and the video is outstanding, both of you should be extremely proud and I'm sure you both have learned a lot. These principals apply to photography as well, in terms of lighting. Way to pass it on and you are right that you don't need a lot to get started. I wish you both much success.
Great video this will definitely help me with my set up and filming my makeup videos. New to this channel and I'm now supporting this channel. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see more videos from you. 🙂
I'm here in Austin too and just started my youtube channel with my ring light, my iphone and a backdrop! This is SUPER helpful though because I need softboxes because the ring light is too harsh on it's own... Should I be wrapping the wring light with cloth like yours is?
Thank you this really help me im planing to start my channel this year is one of my new years resolution i cant wait for the other videos love your channel 😍♥️
You can use a rolling garment rack and clamp two yards of fabric to it, and make a ring light with a Christmas’s wreath casing led strip lights, tin foil and an old white pillow case on a tri pod and an I pad and the mic from your headphones.
I stumbled across your video & must admit your softbox lights look intriguing 😁 I clicked on the link and order them today. Can you believe there still $189 in 2020...😜 Okay I hope these are as good as you said. I'm not sure what other UA-camrs you mentioned use this, but I hope you are right...😜
hey, i didnt hear you mention what software you use to turn your computer into a monitor, i just started my channel and have a T7i and cant find the software anywhere :( but i do love how informative this video is!!! its really helped me !
Thank you so much this video was very inspiring I've wanted to start making videos just don't know were to start. I also wanted to ask if you can make a video on how you clean your make-up brushes
Great video. A few quick questions. I noticed you using your computer as a monitor wired to your camera. Was that wire provided with your camera and which program were you using to monitor the audio, etc.? Was that working with a Canon app or camera software on your computer? Just trying to clarify how you were utilizing that feature. One last thing - the wiring setup with your mic - what was the long cord used that goes from the stand holder to the camera? Did the RODE microphone come with the stand attachment as well? Any quiet fans moving air around on the set?Sorry to interrogate. :) Thank you!
Thanks for providing this in-depth overview! Quick question...what is the Vlogging Camera used for compared to the camera you use to record your studio videos?
Love the way your boyfriend is so supportive and helps you out ❣ great video that can help a lot of people ❣( spelling edit. Damned autocorrect)
Kimmarie D. Yes
I was literally thinking the same thing
I was just gonna comment this! ❤️

Hello , I have a video about moving out on my channel
