- Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, on Tuesday(5.06.2018) performed Umrah in Makkah.
Sheikh Hamdan was accompanied by a number of 'unknown soldiers' from various government entities in Dubai. The 'unknown soldiers' were given the opportunity to perform Umrah along with Sheikh Hamdan as a token of appreciation for their hard work and commitment.
Earlier on Tuesday, Sheikh Hamdan arrived in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, where he prayed to Allah Almighty to protect the UAE and all Arab and Islamic nations.
The 'unknown soldiers' who accompanied Sheikh Hamdan thanked him for the opportunity to perform Umrah along with him.

أدى سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي، اليوم (الثلاثاء) مناسك العمرة، ورافق سموه إلى الأراضي المقدسة مجموعة من الجنود المجهولين من مختلف الجهات الحكومية في دبي تكريماً لهم على ما قدموا من جهود مخلصة وما أظهروه من تفان في العمل كل في موقعه.
وكان سموه قد وصل بسلامة الله ومرافقوه عصر اليوم إلى الأراضي المقدسة في المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة لأداء مناسك العمرة، حيث توجه سموه بالابتهال إلى الله عز وجل أن يعيد شهر رمضان المبارك على قيادتنا المعطاءة بالخير والصحة والسعادة، وعلى شعبنا الكريم ووطننا الغالي بمزيد من التقدم والرخاء والازدهار، وأن ينعم على الأمتين العربية والإسلامية بالأمن والسلام.
وقد عبّر مرافقو سمو ولي عهد دبي من الجنود المجهولين العاملين في عدد من الدوائر الحكومية بالإمارة عن بالغ سعادتهم وعميق تقديرهم لهذه اللفتة الطيبة من سمو ولي عهد دبي، معتبرين هذه المكرمة أفضل تكريم لهم، ومصدر تحفيز وتشجيع لبذل مزيد من الجهد ومضاعفة العمل لمزيد من رفعة هذا البلد المعطاء.

You know that I always had in my mind a black stone, is my favorite stone, and so much times I had a vision of an arc in the entrance of Dubai saying "Welcome to Dubai" with columns made in this stone. When I knew the rare story of the black stone in the Meca I think what strange coincidence. If you know more about that black stone of Meca I want to know, maybe in some description in a video. The name of my stone is "jade galáctico" I believe there are deposits in Guatemala. I don't know what is the meaning of the stone in Meca, I want to know. Blessings Hamdan!🙏
