Prince Rashid Al-Maktoum

Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum (Arabic: الشيخ راشد بن محمد آل مكتوم ) born on 12 November, 1981 is the eldest son of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum and Sheikha Hind Al Maktoum.
Concerning the order among his brothers and sisters he is the elder of his brothers and the third in the family.
He graduated from Saint Hurst University in Britain in 2002 and Rashid Private School in Dubai.
Hobbies: Horseback riding - soccer - Billiards - Swimming.
His favorite places: the stables and his private meetings.
Sheikh Rashid is a well-known sports figure in the UAE and around the Arab world and beyond. He has participated in a number of international and local endurance rides, winning a number of laurels for the country.
His greatest achievement was winning a gold medal in the 2006 Doha Asian Olympics Endurance race in the individual results.
Sheikh Rashid was appointed the president of the UAE National Olympic Committee in 2008.
