What no coat hook? Argghg... Lovely video as always! Somehow Bali gives a somewhat mystic vibe no matter how many times one goes there! I got a way better feel for Malaysia Airlines these days but yes the absence of the headrest for a longer flight would be an issue. ❤️🇸🇬👍🇮🇩

Someone asked me if I flew MH. I somehow replied but got a bounced back. So I am now getting pissed at that person becos it seems to me that guy is trying to be funny. First of all don't freaking assume you know me. I was actually the asshole sitting next to Jayden! So yes I have flown MH but I never liked it until Jayden proved me otherwise. Why I don't like it. ..well first of all I nvr liked the 737s. Secondly any thing more than 2 hrs I don't care for any narrow body plane. Thirdly Don't assume I am a young guy though many ppl think I look mid to late 40s when I am 64 so one would think I have been Ard the block much less have I flown MH? And just so that person knows not only have I flown most likely alot more flights and different types of aircraft I also am flown in the cockpit of the 747 classic when my dad piloted the aircraft when I was a kid.

Great video. MAS B738 was nice with a Boeing Sky Interior and the meal looked delicious. I had flown on MAS three years ago on B738 (Retro livery) from SIN-KUL and A333 KUL-BKK both were business class.
Great trip report Jayden! I had the exact same issue with the printing on my boarding passes the other day... ADL-SYD-SYD-SIN... I actually flew Malaysia Airlines 737 up to Penang from KL the other day.. Loved it! Great service... and I also had a relatively newer aircraft with the Sky Boeing interior! Ubud looks great... didn't manage to make it up there last time I was in Bali but I'm keen to get there, hopefully next years.
Well thanks for doing this just three weeks before I fly with Malaysia for my first post-pandemic long-haul. I get the impression that the airline is struggling financially but the in-flight experience looks good. The stewardesses have one of the most elegant uniforms in the skies.
I hate it when they tear my boarding pass too! That’s why I always request to print another citing for ‘claims purposes’ 😂 or I’ll just use an electronic one and keep the printed one

SQ sends their guests to that little lounge, too, so I had been there last week. Iit was crowded around noon so I went to that balcony to sit "outside" Bali for 3 weeks was veeery relaxing 🌴🍻🌴🌞

Will be flying the same aircraft, but in Business Class, from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur on 22nd November, and from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok on 25th November, keen to check them out!
I flew with them from Bne - Kul, It was a complete shamble with the check in and how they managed it, As they were still checking people in when the flight was suppose to leave within 20mins, Flight was about 2hrs late, But apart from that the flight attendance were great except when i came to letting adults and kids blocking the aisle. But I guess you pay for what you get as they always say 🤷♂ But from KUL - BKK was a much better experience I have to admit keep up the great viceos Wish i could travel as much as you and I travel on staff rates
yes eventually haha, just never had the chance yet. Although I visited Indonesia just now, Garuda wasn't flying on the route I did and other options were too expensive

LoL 🤣 I wonder if it's a climate thing, as alot of their flights would be in tropical weather, so not too many people would need to hang up a coat or jacket 🤔 And I can't believe they served watered down cognac ! Cognac is supposed to be the "real fancy" kinda brandy. Normally served in a "brandy snifter" style glass, so that it can swill around in the glass, releasing its "aromas". Well that's what I see on TV anyway 😂. I'm a scotch whisky drinker myself !😄
Right!! A well blazered man would always need a TV! I would actually argue Malaysia Airlines passengers require the coat hooks more than most in the region. Some Muslim people use it for a particular piece of clothes or covering (I forgot what exactly) because it cannot touch the floor and they only take it off maybe when eating and drinking so it makes more sense to hang it on the coat hook for a short period of time rather than putting it away in the overhead locker bin :) Some commenters told me that before!

At 4.07 when you twist the latch for the tray table...the latch actually doubles as a "coat hook"...not a very useful one...but it's actually there...the next time you fly MH...try it out...you could hang something with a thin strap...

At 4.07 when you twist the latch for the tray table...the latch actually doubles as a "coat hook"...not a very useful one...but it's actually there...the next time you fly MH...try it out...you could hang something with a thin strap...
