Restoring 2004 Gemmy Freaky Geeks Witch Halloween Animatronic

I purchased this from a former collector a few years back. it's been on my shelf for th e longest time untouched. today I took the time to fully repair this Gemmy witch.

You need to adjust the speed dial. That’s probably why the belt fell off.

I checked it out to find out only the Big Heads have speed dials. Not sure why that is but later I will replace the motor with a slower one so that won't happen again.
