Maybe it would ruin the allure, but I think it'd be really neat if you had a timer of your session to see how long you've been playing/door camping.
People watch rust, then to play it, and suddenly realize it doesn’t take 30 minutes to get an Ak, base, and mini, but bare minimum 5-6 hours if you’re really good. it takes me about 10-12 to get a good base, full kits and doing oil

@@loganpennington9104 10-12 hours on a good day :D I usually play solo and I normally get a 2-story 2x1 during the first evening and then Tier 2 and guns on the 2nd day, but you always have to leave half the loot behind and you are always outnumbered, no clue how people like Willjum do it
@@loganpennington9104 I watched rust videos for about a year before actually playing the game and had no concept of how long everything took, was a bit of a shock at first. Also now I have much for appreciation when watching videos, most of people playing solo like myself.

I love the different strategies creators have for titling their Rust videos. There's the low effort "I played Rust, again". There's the mastery "What a 8 million hour Rust team does on wipe". There's the epics "THE CHOSEN ONE (Rust Movie) 4 hours". Then there's the degenerates "new TRAP base OWNS the entire SERVER" and "Emotionally Damaging CHILDREN and MENTALLY CHALLENGED".

Hey blazed, some honest advice for you and spoon, I know you guys are big youtubers and all, so what do i know? but I would like to say that I love both of your content very much, however, because you are together so much it means that a lot of videos I watch are the same video from a different perspective, which would be kinda cool if they werent posted like 4 weeks apart with similar editing styles, so heres my idea, both of you should choose a half, someone covers the start someone covers the end, there can be bits of overlap, but in order to get the full scope you would need to watch both, not only does this help with views for whoever posts later, but it also leads to a much better viewing experience for the viewers. The current main issue with your formats is that the editing similarity leads to very similar story beats for both videos. Adding more pvp or more story to both perspectives might expand the entire project so that instead of bringing down whoever posts second, you can lift them up while also bringing in more bacon on your part. But hey thats just my humble opinion.

Brooo I was on server when you guys were playing. I downloaded the game, 4 days ago, because a Blazed video made me think the game would be dope. Crazy learning curve.. I couldn't begin to describe how hard this game is. But I thought that was cool both of you did a wipe together.
I don't know if this is good advice but jump on like a 5x or 10x server to learn the ropes and then jump into vanilla. That's how I learned at least to be proficient enough.
Yeah as an on and off player trying rust really puts it into perspective how grueling this game is and how resilient these rust UA-camrs are to keep going
