- I have stayed at a capsule hotel with a sauna.
I stayed in the luxurious "DX Capsule" which includes a down comforter and mini-fridge.
There are many relaxing spaces besides the capsule rooms.
It is also possible to use only the sauna.
This capsule hotel is available only for men.
Prices are at time of shooting.

Is it just me or does this style really immerse you and give a great of what the places he visits is like?
No hate, but can people please stop saying "Is it just me/Am I the only one?" No one is that unique and special. 😝
@@englishatheart It's a figure of speech. Get over it.
These capsules wouldn't work in America. They would be destroyed. Many people aren't respectful to properties here. Cleanliness in most huge cities here are near to impossible! It's a sad reality, unfortunately!!!
Yeah it’s unfortunate. I think they might work but there would have to be a lot of changes made. And lots of security which would probably drive up the price.
@@shaananwalsh7513d you just know idiots will complain about the security and acting like a Karen.
Why? Because FUCK YOU, that’s why. That and things weren’t going their way. Sooooo instead of understanding why they’re there and clean up after themselves while acting like a responsible ADULT, they get mad, act like a fucking child who should’ve been disciplined, wants to shut down the establishment…… just because… 🤷♂️
Yeah I was going to say that. People in America have no respect for private or public property
Not to mention the size differences and inability to climb a few steps
@@bobhope1139 , ahahahahahaha. I didn't want to mention that. I might feel clostiphobic!
I love the info. However, I REALLY LOVE that you chose no choice during; so polite to others using the same space! I wish more people in the USA were so polite...
That's one of the reasons that I love his videos. Everyone is so quiet, polite, and considerate
@@chrisg3804 I was thinking the same thing!!
What means “chose no choice” ?
@minha nossa i think its a typo. He/she meant 'choose no voice' or 'use no voice'
Idk im assuming
@@fluffypoof9139 sure. It was a keyboard mistake.
this is way better value than a normal capsule hotel. finally a capsule hotel i would propbably use when in japan
My first time seeing an automatic suit washer. Japan is always full of surprises
I like these videos. No blah blah blah…… very informative and quiet. Thank you for your presentation. Makes me wanna visit. The prices are insanely reasonable.
Honestly, I'm taking notes about capsule hotels because I want to build small cozy resting spaces like this in my own home. One doesn't need a huge bedroom to sleep well, but a comfy bed, clean and fluffly sheets and pillow, good ventilation and enough storage space for clothes and bed coverings. The only spaces I want to be/feel "wide" in my home are places people will constantly be walking about while doing tasks or entertaining themselves/talking to each other, such as the kitchen and the garden. Even the living can be just a small very cozy corner annexed to the kitchen, since most people end up just sitting down. It doesn't need to be huge.
Wow yes so true! I really really relate to and appreciate what you said about creating cozy nooks in your own home
Great idea❤
I like that fact that if you were an individual traveler you could stay for awhile in a place like this and it would not cost alot of money. My Uncle worked for Minolta Corp for 8 years in Japan and I have always been curious to visit as a tourist.
I watch a number of channels from Japan and yours is the first that to me is original. I've seen many others staying at the same hotels, eating at the same restaurants, but yours is unique. I always save the video for my reference when I go to Japan, providing my Son still takes me because heavens knows I can't afford to pay for a trip. Many thanks!
Thank you so much. It is my pleasure.
As an American this is unfathomably amazing, the amenities like the chairs with the TVs, an entire meal costing $4.50 , it seems so peaceful! Before being recommended these videos I had never seen what Japan is actually like so I just never thought about it. It looks amazing!
Thats what I'm saying, a full delicious meal for $4.5, you can't beat that! Gosh I can't wait to go to Japan!
As a person who lives in a country with the world's smallest currency, i find this as an absolute loose.
This is true- it’s sad but I remember when Americans Were respectful of other peoples property & even Honest! ( you must be a young American) 🥲✌️
I just LOVE how You Can take a Nap there, and those BIG RECLINER CHAIRS with TV Stations on them. WOW, and how quiet it is there!!! Love it!!!
Lol exactly! I was wondering how many of us would wake up at 4am to stumble back to the capsule 😅
Those capsules are really neat looking. That view from the elevator is really spectacular.
A better world created by more innovative, creative and intelligent people.
This capsule hotel is far superior to the others that I've seen on UA-cam! However, I noticed there was little instructions in English for non Japanese speakers. I Loved to try it.
Your channel is amazing I have come to admire Japan and the Japanese. How clean you keep the streets and respect public property.
I wish they had this kind of thinking in every city in the world.
Thank you!!!
Loved your video on the capsule hotels. I'm in my early 60's now but i still would love to stay in one of those capsule hotels, it looks very comfortable. For me as long as i can lay my head down and fall asleep that's all i need, I would be spending most of my time out and about the Japanese country. all i would need is somewhere to store my luggage while moving about the City. Keep up with the quality videos you have shown us.
I’m always impressed by Japan’s cleanliness. Where in America can you walk barefoot safely and cleanly….besides your own home?
Depends. Tbh, there’s a drug house a few lawns down so I get cockroaches even at home and it being clean.
They have a strict no shoes inside rule. Helps keep insides very clean
Thank you for making these videos! I find the.m very fascinating on how everyday life is in Japan, please don't stop😊😊
WOW it's truly amazing how advanced Japanese technology is I'd love to visit someday
Thank you for your unique channel!! I binge watch your content. Helps me relax ❤
This was great fun to watch..thank you!!
Expensive stay. It was a nice video, liked to watched it. Thanks. 🙂.
I love your videos. Thank you for sharing this with us ❤
I'm impressed by the speakers attached to the recliners! I was also very surprised the hotel didn't offer you any slippers since you were walking around barefoot.
Amazing value! Fascinating. Thank you for sharing the experience. 😎
My pleasure!
This place is so nice I would actually give this a try
I love regular rooms
But this place is GORGEOUS
Love watching these videos before I go to bed
As an American, I have a visceral reaction to you walking around barefoot in the capsule hotel, because that could NEVER happen here, haha. We just do not have the same concept of cleanliness and it's a shame. As for me I'm quite claustrophobic so idk if I could do a capsule, but I really enjoyed this video! Gonna go binge your others.
Love your channel. It makes me want to visit Japan. I’d love to see a video of how many people are working to keep these capsule hotels and other establishments as clean as depicted In your videos. It just seems like there is hardly anyone working those places, yet, they seem Immaculate.
The one I stayed at seemed to be 3-7 (including cleaning and maintenance)staff working there, mainly at the front desk, they looked really stressed and busy with lots of stuff tho.
I love falling asleep to these videos
I can't believe only *30* is considered expensive for a capsule hotel. Capsule hotels in America range from 75$ to 240$ - and that's just between the few in NYC. Thank you for the great video :) this is definitely convincing me to visit.
I totally agree!
That's an amazing meal for only $4.50!
I have been to Japan twice...really liked it...never stayed in a capsule but would definitely try it next time
This is such a relaxing, beautiful video. I could watch this on repeat! Wish I could go there and rest and read comics!
Thank you so much!
That mini fridge is super adorable 😻
素晴らしいホテルですね。このビデオをありがとうございました。これ絶対寝てみたいです。
It feels like a weird mix of youth hostel, some sort of asylum ( especially with the wristbands and clothing), the stereotype of a lonely gas station at night but still cozy little caves for you to relax and some great amenities. There’s nothing even close to that here in Germany. That’s a more luxury one, but the last one I’ve seen was perfectly fitting my description. A little more run down with less glamour but still good to use. And they got alcohol after 5 PM, didn’t see that here. Looking forward to more amazing videos. 😊👍🏼
The streets are clean , love it
My friend I just came across your channel I love Japan amazing omg why can't USA be up-to-date like that my friend enjoy the good life much love from US
I am enjoying your videos so much! I feel like I am there with you! I just wish I could taste the food ha ha! 😋
I'm so glad!
It’s interesting, how deserted it looks
Great video as always!
Glad you enjoyed!
I love your videos so much. Very immersive. Thank you. It feels like playing final fantasy when you go to bed 😂
Thank you! I’m glad you find them immersive. That Final Fantasy feeling is exactly what I aim for. Sweet dreams and happy adventures!
For some reason these videos are very therapeutic
They have a sauna and baths👏😍 Wow. I'm in🙂 I think the price is really good too, and that Chicken curry, think it's called Katsu curry. My favourite, yum😌
This is such a great idea. I wished we had these inexpensive accommodations. Might even help solve the homeless problem in the United States. Think about it. A person’s basic needs met for approximately $30-$50 a night in the United States. I would consider that a real bargain.
So true, imagine a place to stay in a large city with great amenities for only 900 to 1500 per month. I'm older now and have a home, but something like this would have been perfect when I lived in Chicago in my early 20s. Book it for 6 months straight if you like it, if not keep looking until you find the one that suits you. Something like this could solve housing affordability issue in the US provided people respected the property and each other
Your videos are amazing
How Manhattan has not climbed aboard this concept is mind boggling. I wish I had the $ to invest
Japan living on 3023 ❤ nice video, cheers from Italy
The streets look so well kept.
and i love your videos i would loved to go to japan one day
Thank you !!! 👏👏👏
You are a very fine person !!! 💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️
I LOVE your style and content !!! 🤗❤️
Thank you so much!!
I could live there amazing
This would save so much money staying here than hotels . Thanks for sharing , you do a thorough job.
Glad it was helpful!
Great videos, me and my wife very much enjoy watching. Face reveal when? 😂
I like these videos
If I had one of these in my city I’d stay over the weekend just to relax
That tonkatsu plate would cost me 30 bucks here in California. Nice & Beautiful 👍
These tours are very nice. So many conveniences in the hotel.
I feel claustrophobic looking at the capsule spaces, even the deluxe one.
初めまして、動画を拝見させて頂きました。
私は日本人で難波へもよく行きます。
こうして地元を紹介して頂けて、とても嬉しいです!
これからも健康に気を付けて、日本をもっと好きになって頂けたら幸いです😊🌸
Nice to meet you, I watched your video.
I am Japanese and often go to Namba.
I am very happy to be able to introduce my hometown in this way!
I hope you will continue to take care of your health and love Japan more😊🌸
ヌシ様は日本人ですよね?日本から脱出したいけどこの目線で日本見るともう一度日本好きになります、もっと伸びていいチャンネル応援してます🔥
One mistake in the video: The word sauna is Finnish word, not Swedish! There is no sauna every home in Sweden, they have a bastu called bastu, what is a hot room without humidity. A sauna is only Finnish, and in Finland every home and everyone has a sauna.
japan is so clean, america could never
As a somewhat claustrophbic person, that is MY type of capsule room if I ever tried one.
I know they got so tired of him walking lol
I instantly noticed that during the portion where you were eating, we didn't get the signature "Thank you for the meal". I think you should continue adding this as it humbles the channel a bit and feels like we're sharing a meal together! Another great video though, thank you.
Good point! Thank you for your advice!! I will continue.
That bed looked very comfy!
Absolutely!
Love this tour. So helpful for us to know how to navigate if we weren’t used to this type of accommodations. Does the privacy screen lock on the capsule? You had maybe left your backpack and laptop when you went out to eat, is it because you feel safe sleeping in a hotel that you cannot enter without the bracelet? Thanks 😊
Namba you are awesome i would love to hang around with you if I ever visit Japan your video are great Arnold from America
Introvert love this!
Like a secret base👍
Hello from Finland where the Sauna comes from. That sauna was really nice and it looks a Finnish sauna. You told that you can be there for hours so the temperature is probably milder than here in Finland where normal sauna temperature is 80°C (176°F) but some heaten it up to 120°C (248°F) Then we are competiting who stays longest in the sauna when we throw water to the stove.
I want to go !! ✨
aww i was hoping to see breakfast
I wonder what you looked like… 🤔 thank you for great videos.. i really enjoy your channel… ❤
THANKS
Very nice😁💕
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks!
Welcome! Thanks😆😆😆
Very cool! I’m claustrophobic so not sure I could stay in one…
I want so much to visit Japan 😀
12:21 love the random English posters 💀 reminds me of English speakers wearing clothes with random kanji
I’m in San Antonio Texas
And these are really neat and $30 is cheap
i love japan food
Introverts dream ❤️
Although it was clean and full of amenities, I so couldn't stay in one because I get up several times a night to use the bathroom. You know I lived in Okinawa, Japan for 2.5 years back in the early 90's. But we stayed out of the city unless we were catching a flight somewhere. I think rural Japan is so much prettier and the people are great.
🇦🇺 i love this idea, it has everything to make you comfortable, the vending machine was a good idea.
It would be good in Australia only for the riff raffs we dont get usful decent things .the kind of ppl who have no respect no shame and wont follow the rules .
Otherwise a place like this would be a safe place to stop in while traveling or wanting to stay in the city than travel home 8n the morning 🇦🇺😀
Ugh same in America! Idiots ruin everything nice here!
I stayed in some really nice capsule hotels (3 or 4) during my 16 day trip and don't sleep on them, some of them have really nice hot baths and saunas and are right next to prime locations
That’s awesome to hear! Capsule hotels really offer a unique experience, and the added amenities like hot baths and saunas make it even better. Appreciate the tip!
First class capsule room with sauna.
Finnish people: *what’s so cool about a capsule hotel with a sauna? Isn’t that everywhere.*
好漂亮~
I'd love to visit Japan one day, but I think I'll need help with the language. My friend visited Japan and said that nobody or few people speak English... could you help me? :P Your videos are really cool, I really enjoy to know more about your country :) Many kisses from Portugal! :)
Bro be flexin hard with his laptop and other things
it goes to show that respecting property, cleanliness, and not damaging things will help to keep things affordable.
This would not be possible in Australia - everything would be damaged, stolen, or left smelling of urine.
your hands are so pretty o.o
I love this for you.
Japan sure does a great job with the vending machines….. anything you want!
0.50 came in, watching, throught it was blade runner film,
Is this how it's going to become
Noice 👍
Whenever I see these I cant help but think that cleaning all those capsule rooms must give the staff awful back pain
They probably have hand tools that can clean all of those corners in the capsules.
Swiffer sticks and wet wipes would make it easy to disinfect and clean.
Love this video, one question, how tall are you? I couldn’t find dimensions of the capsules on their website. I’m on the taller side so I wonder if I’d fit lengthwise in one of their capsules.
If there’s a need and can be sold, you will find it in a vending machine in Japan.
