I have another question, this track Old Man have two version? bcuz I was listening in Instagram for an story but that part of the song doesn't sound, there's a short version o something?
@@Akinari19 The song at 20:51 is a version of the song "Deprive", made back in 2006 I believe. Cameron had a solo project called Perforate Carcass. The song Phantasmal Tempest from the album Black Earth Child is also from that 06 Demo. I'm sure I have the files on my old laptop. I'll upload them soon somewhere
The layering is cool. Like too many bands focus on just either being as hard as possible, or as virtuosic as possible in the delivery, nobody really focuses on the larger picture: the fucking composition. Little electronic elements that add an atmospheric background only amplify the experience of listening to the music. This what music should be. An experience.
I absolutely adore the different instruments that were used on this album. This is so different from Black Earth Child. I love how each album makes slight changes that have a huge impact. He keeps getting better.
The tempo shifts in those beatdown sections in the first minute alone let you know what is up. Some of Cam's finest production. Synth sounds really stand out and add to the song without feeling misplaced or out of character.
This project is better than I remember. Some songs got djenty parts; some are more slammy; some are more Deathcore; some have more electronics and editing
I like this. If I'm going to listen to metal, which I don't do that often, I want it heavy, dark and growly! Too many kids nowadays like pop metal and they think they're hard......Metal is and always was supposed to be something your parents and the older generations disapproved of, this fits the bill!
+Jez Creed Try out some of my cousins band Graves brah they're about to release a new album soon but still their old shit gets me toey no matter how many times ive heard it
Just if you havent noticed, he actually dropped a second album on the same day..... So sick! Check his twitter for links, or just google the words: Black Earth Child I stopped listening to so much metal and this is getting me back into it. Old memories listening to DTG Ep's and pre productions.... stay metal cam.
Way too short I'm so used to drawn out intros and filler songs that I forgot an album that actually delivers probably cuts out all that ish Can't wait for more from these guys
I want to make brutal death metal in my room like this so bad. I have everything you need, but I suck at producing still. This is the best quality DTG album to date.
do they still have that 10 string bass player from the ep, iv'e been out of the game for awhile. that bass player was so epic it melts my face rite off.
Im loving this album, very surprised how quickly i took to it. I usually dont like new bands in this genre right away, it takes me 4-5 listnens to aquire a taste for it. This album tho, on my second listen... oh yeah, i love the wierd unusual sounds/instramentals , it sets this band/album apart from others
I just been waiting the entire time for some kind of range in the vocals. Way too one dimensional. Everything sounds so fucking good too! The music is on point, and those low vocals are freakin' perfect, but I was longing for some range from those amazing lows to filthy, demonic highs, and it all would of just been so freakin' perfect! It's really just too bad... Still a good album, will listen again for sure, and I am going to save it to my collection on Spotify, but man, they would jump to my favorite band real quick if there was just a nice balance between lows and highs in those beastly vocals.
I'm gonna be honest. I liked Circle of Nine when it came out because I was getting into this kind of music. I was disappointed with my pre-order of Sleeper. This album, though. It's like he's trying extra hard to do creative shit with his music and it's amazing. I'm enjoying this a lot.
I consider it a really technical subgenre to deathcore, the only other band that comes close to being this heavy is the tony danza tapdance extravaganza.
Andrew Reynolds Absolutely not true man there is a difference between mindless deathcore and 'the heaviest music' in the world, a huge one, and this is the former, the most mindless of deathcores. Having said that it is still pretty fucking sick

***** Yes, it matters. It helps find bands that have a similar sound. I hate hearing the "UHHHH GENRE DOESN'T MATTER" argument.
I would consider it deathcore (please don't get mad at me for calling them deathcore), you might want to check out Thy Art Is Murder.
