hey, i pulled something on the back of my arm a few days ago... is it the tricep? it hurts most at the back of the arm just the same height as the armpit.. i was climbing up a metal pole... now every time i try to climb things like trees etc its agony.. feels like sharp pain but also a burning and the pain radiates down the whole arm after using it in the same way as when i had the injury... right down to the elbow and right round the back to my shoulder blade. it doesnt hurt when im hanging or pushing upward it only hurts when i put myself upwards...
    - which muscle is injured? is it best to just rest it or keep doing exercise with it but with less force?
