*Note you WILL need this pattern to complete the project, I'm just demonstrating the "how". We omit the lining altogether on this see-through version.
Please use a Teflon foot when working with vinyl.
I'm using Gutermann all-purpose thread; it's stronger than cotton.

Heat the vinyl with a hairdryer and it will soften so you can turn it.
I had such a hard time turning the vinyl and it’s a crushed mess 😔. Great tutorial not your fault!
Rosanne Sahai did you use a hair dryer to warm the vinyl first? I have a pdf with hints and tips for sewing vinyl on my blog because yes it can be difficult to turn if the vi Yo is cold.
I did I used my heating tool ; will check out the pdf and I will try again ... I think the vinyl is thick also. But again great tutorial!
What weight vinyl?
This is 10 gauge vinyl I'm using Pamela. :) I have lots of colors in my shop at sewhungryhippie(dot)com.
