And Ali !!! You can already evolve your dratini to Dragonite you have a 124 candys and if you evolve your dratini to Dragonair you get a candy so you can evolve it to dragonite

Ali does realise when you evolve a Pokemon you get 1 candy for that specific stage so if he evolved his dratini into a Dragonair he would get an extra candy so he would be on exactly 100 candies

Ali. The circle only helps you if you land the ball inside the circle and it will say nice/great/excellent. So it has to land in the circle. And also spinning the ball also adds to your multiplayer. So gives you a higher chance.
To get a vaporeon, name you eevee BigAsianBird. It has worked 10 times in a row for me

i caught a dragonite with incence, was so pumped! Even though it was only 47cp, still an insane incence spawn
I caught a wild snorelax in my school. I also found a snorelax and 2 dragonites wild in one small area of houses! Also a venasuar not to far from the houses

For future reference, evolving a pokemon earns you 1 candy.
So, when your Dratini was at 124, you could have evolved it to a Dragonair for 25 candies. Earn 1 candy and have enough for the Dragonite.

The madness of Pokemon Go and Prisma in people ran faster than light.
You can evolve dratini to dragonite with 124 because you get a candy when you evolve so you'll have 100 after the first evolution
You should really check the appraisal more often. A 124 Dratini could end up being a Wonder, but you just get rid of it after checking the CP. Heck, I've had 34 CP magicarp that have been Wonders, so please check IV first before transfering them, or you might lose something good.
You've got to be able to master the curveball you're almost there but not quite at least get a curveball into a great circle at least.

To have a great capture rate : switch to poke/great/ultra ball , give razzberry to pokemon ,the immediatly throw the ball 100 catch rate !!!!!!
It's completely opposite for me, I NEVER get Jolteon. After like 7 Eevee evolutions I still didn't have one so I actually had to use the "Sparky" cheat just to finally get it. Rn I have 6 Vaporeons, 4 Flareons and 1 Jolteon
