Solution -> Go To Setting , Open Apps Info, Find A App which is without Name and Logo , click on Force Stop and Delete it Simple
Edit : 4 Likes Left For 100 Likes

You can uninstall from the apps section under settings, if there is not any option then the uninstall option should me inside of that app setting, open the app and find it, otherwise reset your phone.
