Adductor muscle is an often slept on muscle. Abductor too but mostly adductor

The one that we don't work much is the abductor
Never trained either of them until about a year ago.. my lower body results have been INSANE ever since.. not to mention my lower back pain and overall stability has vastly improved…
The Adductors are so underrated for adding leg size
Or, and hear me out, you could do 2-4 sets on the machine and not add more loading to your everything. Just work the muscles and add next to no systemic fatigue.
The adductors are not small at all what are you talking about

I resorted to doing splits on the still rings to work adductors. I just want to make Mark proud... I'm NOT gay, I'm telling you I'm NOT!
