Tying Buz's Shrimp with Oscar Feliu

Oscar Feliu demonstrates tying Buz's Shrimp, a great saltwater pattern for redfish as well as many other species.

We lost Oscar in November 2015 and he is missed by his friends. He was a frequent tyer on FlyFishVideo and I always enjoyed his company.

Mr. Feliu I'm an almost fly tier. also older than you and I had a friend from Belen school in Cuba named Oscar Feliu. That was in third grade 1955. Is this you?
