Calvin Rob Font and Tyson Chartier came and taught a seminar at my gym and the coolest part was that Tyson actually lead the class and Calvin and Rob spent the whole class DOING THE WORK WITH US and going around and working with EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US individually and in groups of two helping us to tighten up and hone in on the drills Tyson was doing. They even stayed after and hung out and ate lunch with us all and took pictures and signed autographs for no charge. #NewEnglandCartel are such good dudes

To check for a ripe melon....look for the spot of the melon that was on the ground (yellow spot). Make sure it's more yellow as opposed to a lighter color and you will get a good melon every time
