Dr Bruce's ideas and thoughts have totally revolutionized and confirmed my beliefs. I've been a lover and believer of Christ many years. My mother, and other members of my family have had mental disorders, and I've had to acknowledge "it's in your genes" diagnosis. Dr liptons revelations that genes don't dictate your life and character, and that the mind is the chemist who determines the chemical mix that the genes react to. This aligns perfectly with the words of Jesus. Mark 16:24 what ever things you ask for when you pray - BELIEVE you have received it and you will have whatever you say.' It's absolutely profound that science and the teachings of Jesus are in one accord. 💖 💖💖

I have implemented these techniques and my life has changed dramatically! I slept with new beliefs recorded in my own voice while I slept and affirmed the new beliefs daily, throughout the day. I went from debilitating depression to a sense of peace, joy and well-being.
Right out of the gate...Carbs are your friend! Complex carbs are extremely important. Let's try to not lump them into all carbs. Processed foods are really the problem. Being a biologist, I would hope Bruce could appreciate this. I love you Bruce. This is a great interview.!

I was a patient at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.....I do recall Dr Lipton visiting the college here in Auckland.....I had many spine adjustments performed by several of the students there....I have bought the book "The Reality Check' which is written by Dr. Heidi Havvik, which is part of the chiropractic training. I bought the book from the student bookshop.

The issue with saying "avoid carbs" is that people think fruit and vegetables need to be avoided. Now we have a bunch of keto people stuffing their arteries with grease. Processed carbs are what you want to avoid, but what you're avoiding is actually *fat* - oil, butter, eggs, dairy. It's so darn simple; just stick to whole plant foods and youl'll be fine.
Almond bread and grass fed butter first thing in the morning? God help his liver. Seriously. I love the guy. Sorry to hear he’s been influenced by the latest food fads. Low carb diet healthy? Does he realize that glucose is not only essential to brain function but the brain is composed mostly of carbohydrate. Whole fruits and raw honey are loaded with antioxidants. I am super confused by the guides I choose to listen to who are still mixed up in political narratives. Hearing him talk about Donald Trump was really disappointing. If one can't see the illusion of politics and how one group plays all sides it makes it a lot harder to listen for me. The left and the right wing both flap for the same bird and his statement about Trump was very left wing oriented. Like he was brainwashed by those left media outlets as well...very much the same as those on the right who think he is a savior of sorts. He has an opinion that lines up with big corporations and their political contributions. Big tech...the same people who have poisoned people through the pharmaceutical industry that Bruce does not like. This was really disappointing

To avoid manifesting something you don't want you need to avoid thinking about it at all and instead focus on the opposite, possitive outcome you'd prefer to hapen.
All vegetables and all fruits, the most nutritious foods on earth, are carbohydrates. Butter fat, on the other hand, whatever the cow ate from which it came, is among the most deleterious, the most unhealthful 'foods' there is. Right off the bat, Dr. Lipton lost me.
Really must go to foods eaten over the centuries that make you feel healthy. His is low carbs, some are meats, some are the starches, some are carbs, most are a bit of it all. His philosophy in the thinking aspect is worth looking at. True, must love yourself, forgive yourself, ... the rest is thinking it over - before calling him out.
