If you add modifications you will need to support it with more fuel. So by adding an intake or exhaust you increase the amount of air your engine can move which requires more fuel to compensate and make more power.
It depends, I added some power adders such as an exhaust and intake so more air needs more fuel. Its like tuning but since it's a carburetor, changing the jet size is how I can control fuel. It basically gives the Navi more power and acceleration.
your engine idle speed should be at 1700rmp, adjust your idle speed. 3000rpm for idle is excessive. waste fuel, cause extra wear and tear on your engine...

I found by putting the screws in, then the gaskets on the screws makes it easier to get the carb back on.

What does changing the carburetor jets do for the bike? I’m getting my Navi soon when it becomes available but it’s my first bike
It's basically adding more fuel. You don't need it unless you have an intake or exhaust. I have increased my jet size because of the added intake.
