    I have been around in IT for around the last 20 years and currently working as an architect of a fortune 100 company. I have had my share of bad experiences with people and processes within a large org. If you would like my two cents, never take anything personally. No matter how deep it hurts. I know it is hard but always be professional and hold your end up. Remember, keep your skills so sharp that people think twice before replacing you. Document and Record. Make connections, leverage them when needed. Keep moving. Remember, there are two ways to overcome an obstacle, either by bringing it down or by raising yourself up. Choose wisely.

      Yes I agree with you partially but If someone abuse you with very bad words and giving daily warnings like I will screw your life. We are not dogs, we are humans who have self respect, there is no professionalism word come here. Instead, I believe Our government should bring some laws to employers like the European countries in terms of timings, policies and all. In that way, employers also will have some fear.

    I had joined the Accenture in gurgaon in March, 2018. Within 2 months, I had realised that this was the organization full of stupids and rascals. Thats why I had left this organization in May, 2018. Also I had informed my team's thick-headed manager that this was the most toxic environment, I had ever faced.

    Mera dost aur main Accenture cognizant jaisi companies ke liye interview dene lge...lekin main wo Accenture me place ho gya aur meri start up me job lg gyi... at the beginning ...i was feely really unlucky....but after 4-5 months ...wo Accenture ke work culture ke bare me bta rha tha...same jaise bhaiyya bta rhe...😮. Fir muze uske bare me bohot bura lga lekin khud ko bahut lucky manta hu....😊❤

    Bhai I recommend all the MNC employees we should have a union board where we can sue or report such managers and TLs so that they will not get employment going further . And only solution to this kind of harassment is never worry about reliving letter or payslips, this people harass by blackmailing about documents.

    The problem with today's generation is they are busy looking for 18+ content through internet or social media scrolling through faltu reels.wat if we all unite and file a petition to changes the rules of private companies as per our terms like on 8hrs working no overtime 200% work lofe balance and 0 tolerance to toxicity etc.one person cant fight alone since he/she also has a family to run.so the youth must unite to change the private work culture

    Brother, i understand how you felt. But at the same time you are not bound to be in call where someone is harassing or shouting at you. Just start recording on your phone for some time by detaching yourself and then after recording enough to showcase the proof of harassment leave the meeting.
    Then proceed with escalating the case with higher management.

    This is more of an Indian thing. Yes there are toxic people in companies all over the world but, in India, it is unchecked and goes to a whole new level. The intrinsic mindset of an Indian is that "mere saath hua hai to main bhi karoonga/karoongi". Having very low self esteem is also a behaviour trait of these poeple. This is the reason why there is torture of the daughter in laws, ugly ragging in college, corruption in police and other govt departments.
    No one wants to change and if rarely anyone wants, they are ridiculed and forced to change back to their ugly self.
    This is not going to change unless people change themselves. A societal change.
    In the meanwhile, to anyone facing such issues I would suggest these:
    Be humble and own up if you have made a mistake. It is what being human is.
    Never use any abusive or derogatory words for anyone in the office.
    Never take any shit from anyone. And by that I mean abusive or derogatory comments from anyone.
    You are working for the company not them.
    Make it clear to everyone where your boundaries are.
    Be kind towards people who are new or timid.
    Make sure to speak up. The answer is always No if you dont speak.

    Same culture in LTIMindtree too much Micromanagement and favouratism by Project directors, Operations Manager, Technical Advisors mostly for Pune Location for Microsoft projects dont know how they hire these non technical people these kind of management people just stay in one company for long and ruin the conpanies culture its better to stay alert from these people and when you feel such situations arises then start looking for another job as skill full people must not stay in such culture for long 1 or 2 yr is enough

    Accenture charges premium fee to client, but pay peanuts to the employees in India. People like Brinda Batra will only make you fools. In the past it was Gaurav Chaddha who asked his team to work hard. When people worked hard, he benefited and joined google. Moral of the story - dont work too hard, its not worth it. They are serial manipulators.

      Raj ... u will find this everywhere .
      U cannot change it . Advice to you ...if u find anything toxic and troublesome against you , don't fight the corporate or the system or your manager . You will end up harming your career . The best and easiest thing to do is to keep yourself interview ready all the time , always learn new skills and anything happens simply give interview, get new job and quietly one fine day send resignation letter.
      Then serve notice period or do buyout if possible and leave quietly . This way u get good hike , experience letter and new environment . These corporations are highly vindictive and love to make examples of ppl . Don't become their target .

      @@NavdeepSinghCodes even after getting her fired that toxic lady secured another job in Ireland without any knowledge and skill. I guess she secured that job in Ireland by using power, abuse of power, wealth, position and a strong network of favouritism connections. Looks so she had a deep inside setting with the hiring manager who helped her secure the job there. After termination from Accenture she has not mentioned that organisation on her LinkedIn where she worked in Ireland and she has mentioned chattisgarh as her LinkedIn location instead of Ireland with no profile picture looks so she is deliberately hiding her LinkedIn profile as she is some kind of a terrorist who is hiding in it's hideout. So it proves toxic leaders are equivalent to terrorists in the case that I mentioned here 😂.

      ​@@debayanbasu8964A TL has no impact over experience letter. The worst they can do is fire you, HR wont allow firing since they have to pay severence and justify the firing. Once you put down youre papers theres nothing they can do.

      @@saqibh3716 there were big flaws here it took more than 5 months after that incidence to get that team lead terminated for such a heinous abuse of power incident whereas seeing the severity of that incidence the termination should have been immediate and she shouldn't have been given any opportunity to take revenge from us for her termination.

      @@AbhinavDhamaniya bro me and the entire team raised our voice back when the lady TL escalated her toxic behaviour in the notice period with all documentation and proofs but the senior management said we already terminated the person from the job and the notice period is mandatory for her to serve post termination we can't help you please tolerate it till her last working day we have done our work by terminating her from her job so please bear it till her last working day. Even other team members also supported me but we can't do anything if upper management is morally corrupt and has given up all support. By the way it was due to my efforts only the entire team had the guts to raise voice against that incident where we were punished for giving honest feedback. It was my effort in the starting along with the effort of the entire team that we gathered courage to report it and get her fired from the job. I did my job by raising my voice along with the entire team. I hope this answer is justified. Anyways I wish you all the best for the future endeavours 😊

When my friend joined this French mnc, he expected French culture.but it's Indian dirty office politics. These bloody managers give negative feedback, make our life miserable. But karma is always boomerang. They will taste their own medicine, not immediately. Hr in these organizations are clowns. They take our complaints and try to get rid of us from the organization.

Jo aapke saath hua, woh bahut hi galat tha, aur main samajh sakta hu ki aapne kitna struggle kiya hoga. 9 saal ka samay lamba hota hai, par yaad rakho, aap akela nahi ho. Life kabhi-kabhi bahut mushkil hoti hai, lekin yeh sab waqt ke saath badalta hai. Maine bhi 7 saal tak abusive bosses or 2 saal continuously abusive friend ko jhela h jisne mujhe andar se tood diya tha to m apka dard samakh skata hu. But itna sehne k baad i have become much stronger. Don't worry bro karma is there jo log dusro ke saath galat krte h krama won't leave them ek din un logo ko bhagwan bahut acha sabak sikhaye ga so dont worry karma and god will balance things in this unfair, unjust world.

    First of all i want to tell you please dont say MNC bigMNC, people are rude have ego, working on Mncs...
    Brother you don't have any idea of Government Job and Private job...
    The things happened with you is really disappointing and I will definitely say, this are politics and toxic culture, but why are you shouting big mnc has the toxic cultures of being a Big MNC...
    Atleast there 80% people are very much educated, tech Oriented, has good amount of skills
    Actually i will suggest you to research and hear from people who works on Government job...
    Yes i am talking about India
    In terms of toxic culture, Government jobs and Private jobs are far far ahead then Mnc.
    You will hardly find 2 cases in 4 MNC company, but i can assure you, you can find 10 cases from each 1 govt job
