I am on my third day in this job. I am quitting. A team lead have me attitude not only once but twice and they have me doing a lot and on my own on my second day of training. They did not even finish training me and already had me doing stuff a regular team member does. Not to mention that I was expected to complete a 30 item cart in 35 minutes. To make it worst…. I could not find most of those on the floor so I had to go searching in the stock rooms like crazy because most of it was delivered on that day. I was excited to work here and I definitely don’t plan on ever coming back. Fulfillment for pick up it’s not it! But for shipping it’s so easy, but unfortunately that is not my job. Bye bye target! I will still be shopping there and making my online orders 🤣
@@R6_Drilla I think it’s just to confirm the items literally can’t be found. When I trained fulfillment for one day, they said to just check the stray or ask gm if you inf. I don’t really know for sure tho since I’m in gm
At first if you’re getting to know the store, and don’t know where to find items if they aren’t in their located spots (sales floor and back room), it’s a little difficult and might need some help from a team lead or ETL that specializes in that area. But once you get the flow of things, it’s easy as pie.
So you can complete the order, you cant complete an order without scanning everything. Also it’s a way to double check you got the right carts and items
I call cap you actually found everything within the time and didn’t have to run around the store and back to find something that wasn’t there sorry this is too unrealistic
As a Target Fulfillment Associate myself, I can agree those sounds are satisfying.
This is my job, and I always feel like I'm walking on nails once my shift is over
LOL. Yeah

How are the hours? I know with retail they cut hours so barely any. Do they keep up with your 40 hours?
Hey. I work in Target for fulfillment. For my store, they cut hours after the holidays/new year.
Went from getting 30-40 hours a week during the holidays to currently getting 15-20. ☹️ Manager said it’ll pick back up around March.
How hard is this position at first start
Not hard at all
mad easy. you will know what ur doing after shadowing someone for a 1 day lmao
Are you capable of working fast and walking around 16,000 steps per day? If so then it's not hard at all.
@@eddiesantosusso7043agreed. Took me only 2 days to learn, 1 for SFS from a pacesetter and another from the fulfillment team lead for OPU.
