Man, I'm so glad I came across your channel. I enjoy your take on small engine repair, so informative with out the fluff. I also like that you include part numbers in some of your videos. Thanks
Excellent and very entertaining How-to. Thx
I must say that you probably have one of the best fix it yourself type of videos out here.
You show exactly what to do.
I’m now a subscriber because of how you make your videos.
Thank you!!!
Thank you, awesome.
This video sums up every job I have done this summer 😂!!
Yes sir WALK THAT BELT!!!!!!! Works every time!!!!!!
As usual, a fun and informative video! 👍
Great work there my friend, keep educating with all your tips & tricks on working smarter not harder!
I'm glad someone else always wears the anti seize.
You got the ware right, nose ears cheeks etc 😢
Those were some stubborn pulleys for sure T-Bone, nice job getting it done.
And that videographer did an excellent job too. 🙂👍
Get on your 'bad mower' scooter & ride! 🎵😂 See what I did there? Genius!
Love your videos, you’re the man! Always a great job! Thanks!
Your awesome. Get a long socket to get that hot bolt out
Awesome job T-Bone !
Thank you, sir! 👍😀
Thank you for the video
great info T-Bone!
Great video T Bone, thanks
I’m not very lucky I had to heat all three of them but I put plenty of antizee on them 😮
Thanks was fun watching you trying to get up, now I know what I look like 😂😂😂
Nice work, thanks for the video.
👍👍👍. Thank you both
😊
Working on my first zero turn and the first of the three blade bolts was really tough. I don’t have impact tools yet so I have to rely on breaker bar and extension and heat. I ended up having to heat the shaft on this one to 300 degrees and add a floor jack handle to my half inch breaker bar for a total of 5 feet of torque arm, but it finally yielded! Luckily the other two came off with no heat and much less effort. Phew!
Wow! I bet that was a sight 😅 Good job!
Great job, glad ya got it handled.
Great job T-Bone, lucky your so nimble for getting underneath the mower 👍more than i could 😂
Come on Riley put a socket on it that way you don't burn yourself LOL
thumbs up 👍
Hey T-bone from Wilmington NC.
Why would you take out a hot bolt by hand, use a socket and ratchet or wrench.
thats the sound that makes your heart sink and your wallet cry lol
Use a socket to unscrew the hot bolt
Aerokroil is very effective but I can't stand the way it smells for some reason. Good video, sir.
❤❤❤
I've had good luck using the torch and some penetrate oil, kroil or something similar, let the heat open the joint and the oil to lubricate it. I love the smell of the kroil
Screaming mower deck 😲😲
Hey T Bone what about just replacing the bearings in each spindle, I replaced all 6 in my Gravelly because spindles was $200 each , cost a $120 to replace all 6 bearing instead of $600 for 3 new spindles.
is there a way to look up the spindle replacement bearing without taking it

Hey T-Bone, i bet using a socket on that hot bolt wouldn't be as hot!🤔
R.I.P old friend 😢

Wonder if anyone has made a platform to put under the deck to make it easy to move it. 😮
T bone you took George's nickname on Seinfeld...
That was a rough one. The mower was too well made!
Call Terrell😅 he has your dinner
T-Bone just curious, do you order the pulleys as a set or do you look up the order number and order them individually?
Most parts come individually with the exception of gaskets and carburetor kits. Thanks for the question!
👍
Hey T-bone How long does it take to examine a hot horseshoe 🧲
🤣 🤣
Seems the center spindle is AllWAYS bad 😢plus others
Would be a lot easier and faster to just remove deck
Is it possible to replace the bearings in those spindles?
Yes, there's videos on YT on how to do it..
What no grease jerks: how many hours on the Bad boy.
I'm surprised you didn't pull the deck out as you've done in the past. Is this one more complicated?
Great question. I didn't on this one because I could access everything without much trouble, and yes to save time.
It’s nice to have a removable floor plate
Why not just replace the bearings? I replace mine every 5 years and my 25 year old Yazoo just keeps on cuttin...
