Like #2! Loving it Matt! Poblano is a great pepper. Why do bell peppers anyhow? Yes, be careful with that hot lava of cheese! The peppers taste great! Great recording, great video from a great guy!

Poblano peppers are great ingredient. Dried poblano peppers make ancho chili powder. And they're really not that hot. Once you roast them and cook them become a lot they become a lot Milder
