srry for the lack of content i'm going travelling around europe in a few weeks so i've been busy sorting everything + trying to work more hours to build up my savings, so i won't have time to work on anything for a while or draw while i'm away
this is an old thing i made last year and i decided to edit it today for post! nothing fancy just a filler
explanation:
oak gets taken from his clan rangeclan by a hawk and is brought up the mountains where the bird is taken down by a group of strange cats. alive though badly injured, he is cared for by the groups healer, aspen, as he slowly recovers from his extensive injuries. in his slow healing process, he and aspen grow closer, but neither take any further steps in their relationship. when oak finally makes his full recovery and is ready to leave to return to rangeclan, aspen's confession leaves him questioning his decision, and continues to haunt him even as he returns home.
