Hi there, thx for the video. My trumpet is rattling when warm, I'm suspecting lose valve guides. Anyway, now I know how to replace them. Greetings from the Netherlands😁
i was on hms hurworth when i visited halifax and st johns 97. there was a replica of the john cabbot in the harbour. had a great time in the liquor dome
I agree with you on sand/bead blasting but soda is a good alternative as residues can be washed away in hot water. I always finish parts with brake cleaner (Isopropanol). Hi from the UK.
No. They were the right way 'round... Can't install them wrong way 'round; they just wouldn't fit. The new guides are a slightly different shape than the original ones.
Excellent coverage of the whole process from someone who obviously has a great deal of experience to share! Thank you 👍🏻

Nova Scotia? Cool beans. I live in New Ross, Lunenburg county. Nice to see another local Brit bike lover.
My parents lived there for about 10 years (Harriston).
Great video my man, keep up the good work.

Haha! That wasn't yesterday... though it feels like it sometimes. Glad you enjoyed your visit over this side of the pond!
