their eyeballs are randomized too, which means they constantly spawn in enemies infinitely.

I'd say the best level for this mod is 7-2.
Though you should try 7-3 trust me.
5-2 should work well.
really any level that doesn't have a large density of stuff like filth or drones. Or instakill zones to get rid of enemies like minos and sisyphus.
